I live in Germany and for me Autumn means the beginning of a really cold, dark time in the year with very less sun and freezing, wet tempereatures :( . So i really HATE it seeing all the plants dying and i can't wait till spring xD But i'm sure if i would live in Florida, i also would be excited and very happy about a colder time in the year. Still- i think it's amazing to see how different people in different places see the world. Love it
I've finally installed the Sims again after years over at my bf place (my old Linux PC can't handle it) and I'm obsessed!!! Right now I'm at my place and craaaving Sims, I've never been this excited for a simsie video 😅
1:03 my cat sushi also loves to sleep in a box i have here!! The box was a box from the bathroom that we used to put some towels and stuff like that and one day i put it in my room while I was cleaning the bathroom and he just jumped in there and now it's his favorite place! he barely fits there and i put a little coat i have that he loves to lay on top inside of the box just so i can mix his two favorite laying spots and well, he now sleeps all day long, and when he isnt sleeping he is full of energy and just runs around. I put the box next to me in my bed so that he is always next to me, and he loves it

I know it doesn't matter much in the Sims, but a good rule of thumb is at least one bathroom on every floor. I know not every house has a bathroom for every floor, but it is nice to have. Especially when you have kids. Then there's less of a chance of accidents on the way to the bathroom. The build is so cute!! It looks like a friendly version of the house from Monster House on the outside and the coziest cittage ever on the inside. Love all the shades of brown ❤ Edit: One more inconsequential nitpick: every house I've entered that has a bathroom/laundry room combo has the laundry at the forefront of the room with the bathroom behind a door at the back of the room. That way, someone can still take care of their laundry while another is bathing or going to the bathroom without it getting awkward Edit 2: Finished watching the video, so glad Simsie added the downstairs bathroom. I know it doesn't matter, but it is nice
Maybe this is silly to say but I took a break from watching your content Kayla and recently came back and I am AMAZED at how much you've improved as a builder over that time! You were always one of my favorite builders but somehow you've gotten even better and I am in awe.

My cat has a tiny basket she sleeps in on my desk, too! My husband and I have a cat cam over her basket for when we play games with our friends who live out of state. 😂
