An attorney must NEVER undermine the legal system in this way. They are officers of the court, and trashing a jury and accusing them of watching social media is appalling.
Amber's bad team, had a witness removed from the stand because she was reading about the case in her phone. The Jury could not consult social media. Stop the BS Elaine.

It's funny you say that, let's not undermine the high court that found Johnny Depp to be a wife beater. The judge wrote 129 page document on their findings whereas this unsequestered jury filled out a yes/ no form. He may have won THIS case, but he's still guilty of being a wife beater in the eyes of the law. 12 out if 14 accounts, with evidence. Johnny goes back to court next year for assaulting a co-worker on set, so while Hollywood is done with the crackhead, at least you can still watch him at his new career as a court attendee.
We've all seen Elaine using unethical tactics during the court case, but all this appearing on TV rubbishing the jury and the judge a day after the verdict is just unbelievable. She is rapidly losing any sympathy people had for her.

In 8 years being a lawyer, this is the first time I’ve seen a collegue offending and doubting the oaths of a jury. This is truly disrespectful to all parties, be it DV victims or workers in the law.

There were so many statements posted from people, who never were JD fans and never heard from Heard before, and all those made their free decision by listening and watching AH to be a liar and an abusive person.

I am a survivor of IPV this makes me sick!! AH is neither a victim nor a survivor SHE IS A PERPATRATOR!!!! AH is a narcissist and cannot stand that she lost. As to the trial inEngland, JD did not sue AH, he sued the newspaper. So no, he did not have his shot as EB claims.
It’s not an “unless you pull out your phone and video your spouse” issue. She literally pulled out her phone multiple times and captured nothing of what she claims to have happened. That’s why nobody believes her. If she was constantly recording and taking pictures, why none of those alleged actions were evidenced? The photo of the spilled wine on the floor really killed her case. Her entire legal team prepped her and practice things to say and that showed. When her team questioned her on that exact photo she had a ENTIRE STORY. BUT when Johnny legal team questioned her about that same photo amber didn't have a clue what the photo was. She didn't remember her story about it. That is what killed her case. And it's sad and pathetic. She did this to herself. And honestly a appeal will be a total joke. When you seek a TRO and then you break it twice? It seems as though you were lying when you obtained the order.

I am no legal expert, but from what I can tell, they had quite the competent judge presiding over that case. Chances are that that "mountain of evidence" just wasn't there after all. Elaine needs to stop being a crybaby. If she thinks the jury got it wrong, it's HER job to put together strong arguments to counter the jury's and public perception. She can't do that because the evidence just isn't there that Johnny was this violent maniac. There is however a true mountain of evidence that Amber was.
Your client is a liar and those lies were exposed throughout the course of this trial. No jury will ever believe her. Respect yourself, your client and the verdict and also tell your client she’s lucky she’s being brought up on perjury charges.
Using UK courts to dismiss the case, where a single judge determined the outcome and not the jury, and a different procedural system is simply outlandish for a US attorney to disrespect the jury's intelligence and their decision.

And the UK case was Depp vs The Sun not AH. She's never won a case in UK because there's no case in UK between Depp and AH.
Interestingly, the one old judge dismissed the case on spurious grounds in the case which was against 'The Sun' raggedy tabloid, not Heard directly. And by ignoring the evidence such as recordings, duplicate photos, Heard kept the pay-out she wouldn't have otherwise received and claimed to have donated, and e.g., the imaginary bruise 6 days after Depp left the country which miraculously vanished the day after the TRO was achieved - and at the time when Heard was still seeing Musk while the Murdoch family who owns that tabloid had a son on the Tesla board. Hmmm!
Also the Judge in the UK court had connections to the owner of the Sun newspaper, his own son worked with the journalist who wrote that headline! And over here in the UK we all know the Sun will make up anything! Some towns and cities refuse to have the paper sold there!

It's rather odd that after a court unequivocally finds that one has has defamed (lied about) someone that you can to all intents just continue repeating those lies publicly. In our country, one of the prerequisites before asking for an appeal is to pay the stated damages of the recent trial through a bond. As I was informed, this is to remove the doubt that the payor is only filing for an appeal because they are unable to pay the damages. Is this not the same in the state of Virginia?
