We test rode the 2022 Indian Chief Bobber for an extensive ride. It's a very impressive bike. Anyone taking one for a test ride is highly likely to purchase one. I will advise taking one for a ride for no less than a couple of hours. We have test rode many bikes with great manufacturing reputations but none have ever earned a ten out of ten with all our test riders. Welldone Indian Motorcycles, keep bringing great bikes.
Your design team and engineering team have hit it out of the park with the new Chief, now please market the hell out of it! Market market market, spread the name everywhere! Make these things sell!!!

I was looking at the HD Fatboy but the INDIAN Chief is very hard to resist.
Now that is a Bobber I would want. A 116 in a stripped down lighter weight bike with that great thunder stroke rumble. Heck Ya!

If they had Hollywood bars on the Chief Bobber then you’d have a Softail Slim, only faster. Good on Indian for bringing these bikes to the cruiser market. They look great and they’ve needed to diversify their cruiser lineup.

This is EXACTLY what Indian needed in their lineup, the scout bobber and Springfield were too far apart. This looks just like a Harley street bob but with the Indian technology. I just sold my 2019 107 street bob HD... might just save up and get me one of these!! Go Indian man
I've always been against the overly long tail pipes. They look gaudy. But overall, I loved the bobbed-out styling. I was originally enamored with the Indian Scout Bobber with it's stylistic choices, until I realized that the lower profile would actually affect performance when cornering.
Again, the bike looks amazing, but I would shorten the pipes.

I think Indian is a better Motorcycle Company than HD.
HD is not even trying to improve their Sportster line and still will not give it an LED headlight and updated Smart Gauge.
For the price you pay for an HD Sportster I think it is way too overpriced.

It was good a long time ago. but in 2020 their Sportster lineup is so stale, outdated, and very low tech. An in spite of that they still think they are cool.

I hate it,there's nothing "classic " about this bike,in fact it looks more like my sons Honda Shadow than an Indian ,plus cost vs performance is insane,for the same price range you can buy a brand new Harley Davidson equipped with the 120 CI full racing motor that puts out 120 foot pounds torque with 120 HP and adjust both to much higher numbers by uncorking the exhaust & using a Vance & Hines tuner with the factory ECM ,for a big twin V Twin design motor Indian is behind the curve and are extremely difficult to sell used ,ill stick with my true vintage Indians or Norton & BSA .

Wow Indian does it again copied a Harley-Davidson Slim. They can’t design their own bikes got to copy H-D Roadglide and Slim
Meh. Same suspension as a scout, crappier lean angle, about the same range, crappier engine, higher price, no thanks. If they'd have used the challenger engine and improved the lean angle they'd have had a killer bike. As it is, it's just more of the same in a new frame. I know someone will say "It has more torque!", but I bet the scout is still faster and handles better with better gas mileage. The styling is ok, but Indian missed the boat much like Harley. They need to attract the younger crowd not the old geezers who will look at this bike and call it a winner but never buy it because they're aging out of riding or they have last bike they plan to buy. A lot of people buying scouts who might want something like this aren't interested in yet another old ass push rod engine, especially when they get can a thoroughly modern bike for less money that basically does everything better.
I call these the pre-built PC’s of the cruiser world.
