I bought in Eden Hills down the road. How long do you expect it to take for more commercial businesses to come to the new I4 exit? Thinking McDonald's, Chick Fil a, Wawa, nothing fancy but just the daily runs for food instead of driving to Posner Park or Winter Haven or Auburndale. I see tons of communities coming in around us, LGI Homes, Meritage, Pulte, etc so I wasn't sure how long you think it will be for more convenience type of businesses to pop up close to us.
