Gentlemen, I'd love to thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting the biggest smile on my face today. What a pleasure to watch you perform, and to watch the enjoyment on YOUR faces. ~With a smile still on my face, Sincerely, DRW's wife (using his account)
I used to belong to the Barbershop Harmony Society and I thought this was really fairly well done and I found it entertaining. Former member of the Chattanooga Choo-Choo Chorus.
I grew up singing and loving barbershop music, and have experienced some incredible performances . . . . but THAT is the coolest thing I've ever seen!!! Well done guys!!
I've been enjoying this video for close to 10 years, and all this time I keep wishing that you'd do a whole concert of Queen songs. Look into Somebody to Love, Let Me Live, The Golden Boy, etc. So many of Queen's songs would sound incredible if performed by a choir...
Too funny, and FUN! My husband (not a barbershopper) and I (a newbie Sweet Adeline) were talking about songs that could potentially be arranged into barbershop style. We got to thinking far out - and came up with this one! Funny that I should stumble it across tonight! Thanks for the arrangement, the fun performance, and for sharing with us all!
that grin from the conductor at 0:56 always gets me, he's lowkey channeling bugs bunny there 😂 this is one of my favorite performances of anything ever tbh. these dudes slayed
That chord near the beginning, with the first utterance of "red fireLIGHT". . . wow. That just rings like magic. Almost sounds like a tuba playing a pedal tone.
after my choir director saw this today, we are now gonna see how many cathedrals in Europa we can sing this in and not get kicked out for indecent music. VIVA LOS BUTTS!
If I could go back 40 years, and tell my dad, who is a barbershop( Bari) that the barbershop world, was singing Queen, he would have dropped dead with laughter, who would have thought they are singing rock songs...
"...the song is dedicated to the warm feelings of love and tenderness that we have for our wonderful wifes and girlfriends" XD
may they never meet
and every single one of the singers (and even the director) has a shit eating grin on his face
ryleh87 He didn’t say “wifes.”
Is that what they said? Lol, hilarious, just realizing that because of your comment it is indeed. Hilarious.
Yes all there fat bottomed wives and girlfriends!!😂😂😂
Brian May mentioned this on his official site a couple of years ago so apparently he approved
Queen and members individually had their fair share of covers ( Jailhouse Rock, Racing in the Streets / Masters of War by Taylor )
Freddie would approve
Take me to thee Freddie Mercury heaven to here this
This...this is definitely not boring.
12 years later, this is still one of my all time favorite covers of Fat Bottomed Girls!
i love all these old singers pulling the dad dance moves like nobody's watching... just perfect..
I know Freddie is laughing his ass off right now. Wonderful performance, guys!
Hands down favorite Queen song ever. Well done!

This brought a big friggin smile to my face
This has got to the most unique version to one of my favorite Queen songs I have ever had the chance to watch.
I come back to this time and again as it is the sound of my happiness. So impressive to get the sound without the band. Tip o' the 🎩!
I still listen to this at least once a week because it makes me smile EVERY time.
How did I find this only today???? 😱 Absolutely great!
Some where up in Heaven,Freddy Mercury is laughing his ass off and loving this post!

How cool is this!!!
I think if we take about a hundred of this chorus we can have a part of Mercury back.
RIP Freddie
This is amazing! All of my friends say that this is my song and I think it's really retro of you all to sing it in a way like this!
Absolutely brilliant.
