Hi there, I have a Toyota Fortuner Automatic Diesel.. I’ve just pulled out the CV axles and put new ones in. I’m confused with what oil I should use to replace the oil that came out from popping out the the axles. Is it ATF or gear oil? The color of the old one was red and not so thick

It is bad. You need good socket
Try heating it with a propane torch, then use a socket wrench to remove it

It is ATF oil. Add more.
