Thanks for putting this out. ATM there is very little content on the new Stage 2 speakers. It seems JBL is not actively pushing these out to TH-camrs to review. You have a new subscriber!
Dunno why you'd compare these the price point and size are so different... The Studio 630 is much better... It has been reviewed by Tharbamar, Erin's Audio Corner, Cheap Audioman, Audio Advice, Andrew Robinson, New Record Day, Audioholics, among so many others... Plus JBL made it clear that these were designed for young people on a budget to get into home theater and to pair with their MA receivers.... I own the Studio 530 and it wipes the floor with both of these.... But thanks for your honest impressions and keep going
I just got the Studio 630's in and will be posting just a quick unboxing video tomorrow and doing comparison video between them and the RP-600M II. I knew the comparison between the Klipsch and the JBL Stage 250B made no sense, I said as much in the video, but I wanted to compare to a speaker that is very well known and also it was the only other bookshelf speakers I had.
@@AV-Obsessed yeah be mindful as context is very important on TH-cam.... Curious to hear your impressions on the 630s and maybe the higher HDI series down the line
Beating the RP-600M II is a tall order. I can say the SVS Ultras certainly do beat the Klipsch. You are comparing a new JBL speaker priced at 399.95 with the 649 Klipsch. JBL's 5 1/4 with a 6 1/2. Even Klipsch RP-500 II are 499, that would have you within 100 dollars difference. Do you have thoughts on this new JBL with the Stage a130 predecessor ?
I always knew that beating the Klipsch RP-600M II was nearly impossible for the smaller, cheaper JBL's but I was just hoping it might be possible. Also I have no experience with the older JBL Stage A Series.
@@AV-Obsessed I wish I could share photos here. I built a Home Theater system for my parents using a Sony STR-DH790 and the JBL Stage aXXX series. Last black Friday week the prices were as follows.. a170 100 ea a180 120 ea a190 150 ea I don't know if JBL will offer them anymore now they have these new ones. I doubt it.
@@pumapunkudevelopment3376 good think I ordered the Svs primes and kef q150 to do a comparison on my channel. I know they both been reviewed many times but always from a measurement and not in actual home environments.
I beg to difer. I'm kinda shock at the response. I'm working for an audio company that brings in Harman products in Malaysia. We have the MA310 hooked up to 250B, coupled with the 200P 10" Sub. Intentions was to have it working as a 2.1 Combi. It's placed in a space 28 feet x 19 feet. The sub covers the space for music well and the tones from the speaker are good for the price, while being run by a 60W D class MA310. Components are supposedly match well with the MA. Speakers spec at 6 ohm in design (because of the Home theatre intention), etc. We find that it produces music well on CD playback, with content we are familiar with. Only thing I'd say is truest to me about the range, is that the design of the sub feels like there is a cap on dishing power during certain scenes. Perhaps to make sure it doesn't break up. But it caps the energy you can get from the subs. Good and bad. Good is you won't ever blow your subs, bad is thay you can't push it either.
Thanks for the review, I was going to go get a pair today and I held off wil be getting the klipsh instead tomorrow. Keep up the good work.

クロスオーバーが、1480hzになつたって、驚きです。ステージAシリーズとは、別物です。早く試聴したいです。😂😂😂
Tips from an oldster, speakers are only as good as the source that's being delivered, think about it?
Better off with Q150s

Other reviewers are not impressed with this whole lineup.
