    If your not also dedicated to zero drugs and alcohol, exercise and building muscle, extreme clean eating and fasting, and growing spiritually than your wasting your time. The point is to seek excellence on all levels. Women and your social anxiety issues should be the least of your worries.

    • @Remember-Death
      @Remember-Death ปีที่แล้ว +24

      You are correct about the "women/social anxiety issues," but most men will need to experience the drama/unsatisfaction with women so they can eventually move on to the deeper self-improvement & spiritual benefits of SR. The only way past it, is through it.

      I disagree on the first part of your comment . Reguardless of if you’re doing those things also, you’re not wasting your time. You don’t HAVE to focus on exercise and building muscle or spirituality if those are not your goals. I didn’t do any of those things but I’ve been on retention for 6-7 months and my life is 100x better

    Let's face the fact that the release of sexual tension and semen feels awfully good! If a man is to give that up, for whatever extended duration, he must be willing to believe up front that the benefits are worth the sacrifice. Those of us already established in retention as our chosen states know that the physical benefits (such as testosterone and energy), mental benefits (such as confidence and freedom from social anxiety), and spiritual benefits (such as peace and closeness to God) are indeed worth it; but the newby is uncertain. This is why it usually takes short trial streaks and a series of longer learning experiences before he becomes ready and even eager to become a fully self-contained man.

    I am in this phase rn, around day 50. It's definitely true that whatever you direct your thoughts/energy towards is amplified. My energy levels are off the roof, if I think confident thoughts I feel infinitely powerful, when I am in nature I feel super high, at night when I lay in the dark I have spiritual/psychedelic visions and can see/feel energy patterns moving around/through me. But it doesn't solve bad habits. I also have many days where I'm not productive, or if I get in a bad mood then unwanted things can manifest more quickly around me. But overall this is the best thing I've ever done, I have no desire to take any sort of drugs because I feel high on life, and I have little desire to be with a woman unless I really connect with her on a spiritual level because my life feels so much more amazing and I can sense all of the wonderful manifestations which will come to me in time.

    • @bodymind_beats
      @bodymind_beats ปีที่แล้ว +6

      So basically I am reaffirming what he says in the video. Changing habits takes time and practice. But I am now in the processing of learning to see myself as confident, attractive, outgoing, etc. When you FEEL this to be true, then you can actually BELIEVE it to be true, and then MAKE it true.

      I have no idea how long im on it i stopped countig and the last 3 times i relapsed was in my dreams and im pretty sure its because i gave in to lust and opened doors thru it. Right know i kind of not really feel the sexual energy and its really hard think about sex. I almost dont think about it anymore wich is super nice actually. I kinda also dont knownif females are atracted to me but if i think about sex (i have to to it willingly) i immetiately get a erection lol.

Now when you stop you have to face those uncomfortable feelings so you can be healed. I believe if one can stay through those uncomfortable feelings then the addiction will no longer hold any power, cause the root issue has been solved.

      I’d suggest no trying to resist those “negative thoughts” so you’re not giving them energy by resisting them. I would either see that those beliefs are valid options to choose from but there are thousands others you can can choose on the same experience so choose the one you prefer, OR inquire to see what you think that having those beliefs are giving you. You have the beliefs for a reason, so inquire what you think you will gain deep down by choosing the belifs you are consciously or unconsciously choosing. Sending love your way my man! ❤❤. (Oh and maybe test that the belief you can’t eliminate them may just be another belief, just a option :)

    Is it normal to be flatlining from day 21 (now on 25)? Originally I was on day 19 but relapsed a couple of times within a week so maybe i didnt really go back to zero so im further than I think. Just wondering if its normal to flatline around this time because I thought they came a bit later? Cheers, thanks man, ya vids rule.

    • @DavidLoveOfficial
      @DavidLoveOfficial ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is no normal, everyone is different. It's helpful to get happy chemicals (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins) in healthy ways (exercise, cold showers, meditation, working towards goals.)
      Also if you are not doing breathwork to circulate energy it can get stuck.
      Personally exercise, gratitude, meditation & breathwork have been biggest keys for me.

      My opinion, or POV, is there’s a body component apart from the mind component.
      The body is running its course, not aware of progress but rather built on habits and routines. Like breathing and the heart beating, it runs “automatic programs”.
      In the mind is where the changes happen, choices are made, the inner conversation finds place.
      So if your body does something, or does something not, it is just running the program. It doesn’t know better and doesn’t count in going through a change yes/no.

    • @MartinParma-g3r
      @MartinParma-g3r ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RuudAwakening what you say is interesting. But in that case, do you think that the body is capable of undergoing changes on its programs?

    • @RuudAwakening
      @RuudAwakening ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MartinParma-g3r when thinking for a moment of our body as a computer
      The bodyparts are all kinds of hardware, interlinked with eachother and run by the brain, which is the control panel so to say
      When you install / update / delete certain software, the hardware gets different commands and will function differently. Smoother, more efficient.
      Software can be seen as the habits and beliefs your brain runs on. Based on your habits, based on your perception of what is important so to say, it gives commands to the body to act all day.
      Now let's add Semen Retention to this analogy:
      It's like updating your sexual perception of the world. Bit by bit, you will look & hear & smell & touch differently.
      Pornography will likely create a direct connection of: woman equals sexual object.
      Detaching from that ("updating") will create more of a connection like: woman equals fellow human beings with thoughts & feelings & passions for life.

    • @RuudAwakening
      @RuudAwakening ปีที่แล้ว

      in short: the body will always listen to the signals the brain sends to it
      adjust in the brain, and the body will (by time, by consistency and persistency) follow

    Not sure how this came up on my watch feed........Its 100% healthy to ejaculate, you don't need to consciously retain semen to find deeper meaning or inner power... it's not shameful to ejaculate it is instinctual and good for you..... The things people come up with "the path to purity" since when is it un-pure to ejaculate... I would honestly argue the opposite. sexual release is good for people this type of crap promotes a negative stigmatism around it... what happens if this is a teenager watching these videos and he decides to believe in it then he has a wet dream because he is so pent up...? is he now not-pure? does he lose the superpowers granted from avoiding his instincts? is this like a masturbation addiction video or what? cause simply avoiding ejaculation isn't going to ascend you to some higher power and focus I would say it's going to do the opposite and cause you to be more frustrated and less focused.
