I like the idea of packages, I start bronze package simple wash with full inside with shampoo and steam clean starting at $340. You need to up them prices believe me you'll be more happy, and your worth more then what your charging. Things are getting expensive too think about that.
You are building your business man, Keep doing what you are doing, it is working! I was one who said you should be in the office managing but I am wrong. Good businesses are built by the ones who own it man! Keep going Wayne, God favors you man and you are a great person.
Hunter I love your content & you’ve kept my hopes high for my business. I’m a mobile detailer in Chicago. I don’t even have close to set up like yours the professionalism you Bring is value in itself. my deluxe combo similar to the package you’re talking about would be between $375-$480. Trust me raise the prices charge accordingly for size sedans are X amount of dollars, Suvs are X amount of dollars , minivans & 3rd row seaters are X amount of dollars. Much love BR Garage Mobile Detailing
Hey you should charge $250. Also have few questions 1. Make excel worksheet to track customers and pay that way you save more money then spending $80 or so every month on the app. 2. How much do you charge your employees? 3. Why don't you collect cash?
I’ve seen it all around at different places but you could set up one of those Deal Wheels that customers can spin for. Some discounts or an upgrade. Even an air freshener! Great content!! Keep it up!
The way you grind bro is aspiring been watching since you started detailing and it’s motivated me to pursue my degree that I didn’t think I was capable of. Love to see you grow won’t be able to get you detail mine since I’m in Alabama but I’m definitely supporting you on the store if possible
and its crazy ppl will pay it! i detail myself and i was scared to up my prices thinking i would scare customers away but that was not the case. like he said know your worth 💯
It's always daunting to have such a large vehicle with that many compartments, hidden areas, rows of seats, etc. It's really rewarding when you're done, but a lot of work. Good job on this beautiful SUV Wayne. I would have charged well over $300 for this detail. Keep hustling!
The biggest Issue with you seems to be price. Alot of other Detail companies I've seen just have 3 set packages with 3 Set prices with an additional $40 or something for Suv's or large vehicles. I get that every customer is different, but I think you'd benefit greatly by setting something like this up.
Most random thing I've ever detailed was a electric lowrider tricycle with air suspension and 2 12inch subs attached to the tricycle. Got paid 250$ for 2 staging and ceramic coating plus a 80$ tip.
Hi...I run my own detail business...I have a customer that sees me once per month with this same type of truck...3 - Row SUV price inside and out I charge $250. That for full interior and exterior You're doing quite well for you to still be loving. Keep up the good work! Misterr's Meticulous Details
I think 250 a three row SUV is perfect because 185 is just too cheap I wouldn’t say too cheap but use them more chemicals and the way the inflation is you have to charge more I usually charge around 250
Definitely up your price on this! It takes more time and more product ...but you better lower the price for my Miata too. Not a single detailer in my area would lower the price for my Miata, but they all charge more for a big truck. It's ridiculous to me that a Camry and a Miata cost the same to ceramic coat, detail, or wash/wax...etc. when I know for a fact (I've don't it myself) I can get two coats on my Miata and only 1.5 coats on a Camry. Plus, the Miata interior is literally 1/3 the size, and way less corners and nooks. I spent $2000 in car washing/detailer stuff because I got fed up with all my local detailers, for precisely this reason. It's just not worth paying someone to do a tiny car.
I say charge em more. I do a sedan for $200, SUV's start at $240 but I do alot My full detail includes this, plus I'll do a few extra things like restore trim and polish door handles INTERIOR - Vaccum - Clean and protect windows - Clean and proctect all plastics, dashboard, and vents - Steam clean/Sanitize interior - Extracted (shampoo) seats floors, and floor mats(if needed) - Clean and treat any leather - Clean door jambs - Clean headliner EXTERIOR - Clean and protect tires and wheels - Foam cannon wash - 2 bucket hand wash - Clay bar treatment - Spray on Ceramic Wax treatment - Ceramic coating sealant(Dallas Paint Corrections TR8 will last 6-8 months)
I actually want to charge more, like $300 for an SUV but I'm still in my first year. A few more months and I'll be at a year running, and I'm thinking to bumping it up then
Renting can be a asset because u can leave anytime and owning can be a liability because it’s a locked contract. With time you’ll one day own a home, but I believe your headed towards success no doubt
Id be interested in a first wash pricing vs a maintainance wash pricing, and what services you include for the first time, which you exclude for the maintenance.
I don't charge less than 280 for any SUV. ...3RD GOES TO 360. Just did a Ford 350 and charged 368. Big vehicles take forever. but my interiors include 3 step interior cleaning and protection standard. I only do interiors 1 way. If they want it done below my standard try to take things off I pass because my name is attached to the work.
Aye hunter, I just wanted to thank you man. Found ur channel around November I think last year, and you brought be the inspiration to get moving and get my business rolling. Since then, it's been up hill, the business is doing great, im making money, hopefully soon to get me and my someday wife our own place, its been great. Big thanks to you, and God. Bless u man, for all the free advice and inspiration, your the man.
Brother, please dont use tar remover on tires.. when you see the tires getting white foam thats when you know its clean. Or you can wash it like you do and just use all purpose in the end on the tires and a clean microfiber towel to Get the rest before a tire shine
Love the channel and all the content you put out brotha, definitely gave me the motivation to get out and start on my business, was just wondering if you don’t mind me asking where you get your shirts made? If it’s local in California if they got a website I could order from
When detailing X-Large vehicles, I would charge more. There's always more to clean and takes longer to clean just on account of the size. Just my opinion.
Hey Hunter, I love your videos. I’m trying to start a mobile detailing business in the Bay Area. I have some questions about how you navigated the water disposal processes for mobile detailing in California and what to watch out for. Would love to chat with you !
naw you gotta go up to at least $200 for SUVs and $150 for sedans... with that being said though it also depends on your area, I live in Southwest Florida and I can kind of get away with charging that much depending on the customer but most of the time they are okay with it
and also I would tell the customer that's based on the normal wear and tear on a vehicle. you might quote someone who has an SUV a regular price and then you get there and they go off-roading so you need to adjust it accordingly cause that'll take more time than normal. and also require like a $50 deposit for appointments so if they end up canceling last minute at least you have a little something
Hunters mobile detailing I have questions to you, how many cars can you do with one helper in 8 hours work time. I’m trying to figured out how quick can we done. In between 30 mile area. No long travel. I like to hire also. Please let me know thank you.
I’ve detailed a John Deere gator, lawn mower and tractor plus a Bentley and a Porsche taycan in the U.K. small place a lot of business suggest you come over here Hunter 🤙
Im 17, starting my detailing business. I have all the basic equipment I need but I was wondering if you have any tips for stopping waterspots from forming after I wash the exterior? I work by myself and the weather right now is in the 90s every day. Yesterday I did a black van and it dries extremely fast. Is there a certain technique or should I get a certain spray wax? Thanks in advance!
Do u clean half of the car at a time like only powerwashing one side first and foam cannon it then rinse and do the other side thats what i do by myself if its super hot sometimes i might even hit it with some more water while cleaning the opposite side to keep it cool
@@ejdetailing7189 I do that and when I get done with the wash I mist the whole car down and then squeegee as much as I can but I still have some water spots. I've been doing some research and I think certain spray waxes/ finishing detailer might be the way to go. I just wanted to get some different opinions. Thank you
A new vehicle I charge less, if it is trashed by kids, I charge more! I would charge $260-$290 for that! (Unless no kids or animals, and pretty clean inside: $175-$225)

I charge $250 , but I’m in central NJ. But it’s well worth it because that’s a big vehicle. It takes time to get it done correctly.
