I discovered Teal Swan after listening to the last hit-piece done on her (a podcast I cant remember the name of now). I quickly figured out after watching her content she is one of the most brilliant, insightful psychological minds on the planet and was hooked dispite the podcast. In fact, I might have never discovered Teal but for the hit-piece podcast.
I watched "Deep End" recently as I was curious to see if it would change my feelings about Teal. It doesn't.........
I know she's a flawed human being (we all are), but she is brilliant at her work and extremely beneficial to humanity on the whole.

Totally! I went through the basis education for psychotherapists, but the way Teal explains psychology gave me insights I never got from my teachers there. Her videos really helped and still help me a lot in understanding myself and other people.
I am glad I didn't watch the deep end, the pieces she showed here are bad enough. I can't deal with so much negativity...

But the Deep End has the potential to drive so many that truly need Teal's teachings away from actually watching her content... we should be able to do something, this is a huge disservice to all of us that know and benefit from Teal's work and wish it to grow and reach everyone who needs it. I'm not comfortable with just thinking "it's their loss"... what if I had found the "Deep End" before actually knowing Teal? ... I want to protect those who are in that position. How sad. Why are people so cruel? You would think if their idea about her held any weight, they wouldn’t need to go to such great lengths to devise and fabricate anything about her at all.
On a side note, the pool breath work looks soooooooo liberating and restoring. I feel like my body really needs something like that. As most women, especially, probably do because of the way we are raised to repress, reject, withhold, silence, stand down, apologize unnecessarily, shrink, dim and dumb ourselves down, it creates a LOT of pent up pressure needing a big release.
Most people mean well, and feel that their actions are justified. This makes it SUPER easy to do.
Some don't mean well, and they need to be called out just as well.

I think it would be good to get to hear the full conversation with Simon. What is presented here looks like another edited version - this time by the Teal Swan team - and to me the interaction doesn't make much sense. To make a meaningful assessment of the difference between the version in the Deep End and what was actually said, I need to hear the full version of the conversation.

Exactly. This audio could have been recorded after the fact with added wording to make it seem as if there was more context. Therein lies the crux of this situation. Someone would have to compare tempo in the speaking and whatever tiny nuances in the exchange.
Her “version” was re-recorded and isn’t even the same exchange or WORDS that she exchanged in Deep End visual AND audio. It amazes me that she’s submitting it as “proof”, when it clearly it doesn’t even sound like they’re in the same room acoustically.
@@LawofMosesHereI don’t know about the other items but I work with sound and it acoustically sounds like a different recording device and not the recording by the film crew. That would certainly alter sound significantly.

I feel so stupid. I feel duped. I truly felt angry watching the show I stopped watching midway because of how I was misled and in my head really thought she was awful. The evidence clearly shows you've been betrayed. I know how much that sucks. To trust someone and be attacked publicly. I have gone through a similar experience of being ambushed like that (not on TV of course). So I understand the hurt, the fear and the strength required to face this. I am proud of you, Teal. I think the most major betrayal on Teal was her mind reading ability.
Seems like they really wanted to make teal/and her team look bad, they even put scary music when teal was on screen. Even more disturbing is their actions, when they pretended to be her friend, acted like they were on the same page, sending her all these supportive messages, but really they were planning to throw her under the bus, and ruin her reputation? its just so cruel. Tbh I really didn't like that director's vibe in the birthday message video, there is just something off.
I suspect a hidden hand. The crew that befriended Teal was possibly forced to make these edits to satisfy someone else's agenda, possibly to get it onto Netflix $$$$$$$. Fortunately, darkness will not win this time, and the great truth teachers of our time will prevail. If you look at all these "scandles" through a business lense then if you had no healthy shame, no empathy, no morals, ethical code, no true relationships, no spirituality, no soul this makes perfect sense.
Netflix wouldn't pay if it wasn't a scandal piece...and a "piece" is who does this to make money.

Truth is always somewhere in between. There's so much in the doc that reads red flag that people are right to be weary. Also so many people coming out about you that have met you personally. They can't all be wrong.

besides all the editing manipulation, as a Video editor, i can tell just by the "filter" [similar to the 300 spartan movie] they´ve used, the intention was totally to "darken" the atmosphere of everything going around.
How would you apply your own teachings with regards to this situation? Law of mirroring, sorting through contrast, victimhood, letting go, etc. Deception and being attacked can be very difficult to navigate.

as someone who does video editing myself I watched the first episode and could tell how chopped up it was.
I wouldn't call it a documentary because documentaries show all sides and utilize context to showcase truth. After the first episode I watched I had more questions than answers about how interactions went.

I am curious as to why you can't sue for defamation. People like the film crew for hulu need to be held accountable.
Sue these people into oblivion Teal. And make them make a public apology but also admit to what they did and even run their viewers through how they did it and why and who made which one do this and that. Time to push back everyone. Teals doing the same in her life and so should we for ours. Bring your water breath demonstrator to court too and even show everyone how to do it so everyone can see nobody is being water boarded. The last bit doesn’t have to be done but if it works to press the point further to a win then I’m game. But in the same breath people will be able to see breath work methods especially if they never saw them before or even heard of them so look at the benefits this could have. They went to a lot of trouble. It is a compliment and it will have an opposite effect long term. What you do matters and is apparently really dangerous for some wanting to keep masses under control. Also it is a gold mine for your own evolution and a public example you have been given the chance to offer. This is a huge blessing in desguise. Zoom out and see the fruit it carries. You've got this. Its a big setup, and a big challenge because your consciousness can and will navigate it gracefully.

Several months ago, I was in a very dark place. I came across Teal Swan on TH-cam and her videos resonated with me so much, grounded me, and felt incredibly healing. I then learned about the documentary, The Deep End, and was horrified. I was not sure how I felt about the whole thing and was not sure what to believe. I then listened to more of Teal’s videos and cannot escape the feeling of truth coming from her. I think that I was tested after first finding Teal, and wondering who is this godsend of a woman, by being led to the documentary, and coming back to her realizing that she speaks authentic truth, and that is so hard to find. Thank you for this video, Teal! It helped clear things up for me and I appreciate you so much for the healing and connection you help provide to us all.

I started to watch episode 1 before I saw your responses to The Deep End here just to see...
And it is nothing like being in your presence...When I saw you in person in the years 2012 and 2013...and in every way I have seen you and and content online since then...you are putting so much of your energy into making people aware of themselves...it is really a beautiful thing
Everyone at your events is so heart touched and grateful and wiser and more brave and honest by the time they leave...and the exceptions to that rule are normally not ready to hear what you have to say or have ill intentions for coming to your events.
I wasn't interested in watching the rest...You in reality say a lot of difficult and challenging things in the context of bringing people into more awareness and relieving them from their patterns that hold them back from healing and feeling connected...it is sad that this group who filmed you did you such a disservice...and misconstrued you in a light that seems like you say some of the things you say to be the boss or just to be cruel...

Sue them for defamation. As we learned in the Depp/Heard trial, freedom of speech is real…as long as what you’re saying is true. Even if you signed an agreement for them to tell a story, you didn’t sign an agreement for them to tell a false story. The court will subpoena the footage. Trust.
