Technically it doesn't have to be murder that was just voldemort's preferred method to make a horacrux you only need to perform an act so vile it shatters your soul and humanity and before that piece of your soul goes away you capture it and force it in another object if you do it enough then it can accidentally happen when you don't intend for it to

if you don't have a book press and choose to use heavy books instead, i suggest using a few hardcover harry potter books

Hey there, I've noticed that you use a lot of different adhesives for your projects, could you do a video on substitutes for the adhesives that you use. For Example: for PVA, a substitute would be a extra strength glue stick, or iron-on adhesive could be double sided tape or something along those lines. I would love to see a video on this as I am unable to find Iron-on Adhesive in my local craft stores.

The hell with Tom's diary, I so using this method to create a diabolic-looking grimoire, fill it out with ancient greek or latin mumbo-jumbo along with weird symbols and magical creatures and scare the living hell out of people walking out of churches by reading it out loud! :D
Lol. Imagine their faces after coming out of the Sunday sermon full of god fearing people but as soon as they step outside there is some person reading out satanic nonsense from an ancient book.

I love, love, love this idea! Just one question though. I've seen various people using tea and coffee to age their pages and, honestly, I can't see myself investing a lot of time and effort into making this without asking what you think. We go to so much trouble to make sure our paper and adhesives are acid free, how will the pages stand up in time after being aged with this way? Will it make them brittle or put them at higher risk of mildew or bugs? I want to maket this really bad, but I would hate for it to fall apart after a year or two :S Hope someone can answer!
You could always just paint it
Use paint, watercolor is good enough.

Kabrielle F. Jones Construction paper works, but personally I wouldn't use it because it usually fades and isn't archival (yellows over time). You could try nice drawing paper if you are looking for something thick. Hope that helps!
