Hi Guys, had a number of requests to make this a stand alone video (without the tour stuff) as it was very informative and people wanted to share within their biking community. Worth while watching if you haven't already, even Brian found it useful and he is a big guy, but for those smaller in stature the tips from Miles are invaluable. Thanks for watching and PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT AND THUMBS UP
🤘😉🤘
Very useful, thanks
Underrated skill a lot of people don't bother to learn or practice. Excellent job. Another thing you can practice is to pick the bike up to the balance point and walk all the way around the bike using one finger to keep it balanced. When you get back to where you started, go around the other way. Do it with the front wheel straight and full left and right lock. It does wonders with your confidence handling the motorcycle.
Gives you a lot of confidence being able to handle your own bike when you smaller in stature
Excellent video which shows off the beautiful lines of your Harley. I've always been impressed how Harley staff move big bikes around and back in the day when i rode full dress
Electra Glides i was a regular visitor to F.Warrs shop in the Kings Road [London].
The late Fred Warr was an expert at moving big Harleys around almost one handed and one day when i took my Electra in for service, he deftly jumped on it and rode it side saddle
over the wet slippery cobbles, up a narrow alley and into the back of the shop. A demonstration in confidence !
Really enjoyed your videos over the summer, full of colour and good humour, keep up the good work.
Miles moved the bikes with ease and so we wanted to learn. The balance points are key, once you have that it’s easy
I used to live in Barrie, then moved Toronto.
Lovely place.
Miles has invited us to come visit and ride
@@BunnyKingHogs bmw off road course used to be there, iirc Horseshoe Valley. Lots to see/do pleasant ride up from Barrie.
I plan to practice. Such a beautiful bike!
Have fun!
So glad you made a separate video of this! I’ve been riding for 17 years, all on touring Harleys, and I’ve never seen anyone teach a proper way to push a bike around. I’ve always manhandled my bike around and never considered the ideas you were taught! Thank you for posting this!
Glad it was helpful!
Don’t blame the pusher man 💯💙🥃
If he drops it though …
Gear video guys, loved it
Great job, thats not easy to do by any means....love your channel guys, i really enjoy your videos!!!. Dont ever stop, you got it goin....
Very good video people can learn and try with those tips gives you lots of confidence when you get more expierence balancing a bike .
Glad you enjoyed it! Learning to pick up my bike gave me loads of confidence
You look like me pushing my bike in and out of my garage. Difference being my bike is "only" 279kg and I weigh 15 stone. Your bike is heavier and you are much lighter - respect!
I have been doing it the hard way, by sitting on the bike, and pushing with my legs. I guess it is always leg day on the days that I ride.
Nice, very useful
Glad it was helpful!
Extremely underrated skill. I have to do a 12 point turn with my MT01 to put it in the garage. I feel like I’ve wrestled a grizzly bear when I’ve finished.
Doesn’t help when your bike is 5 times heavier than you. Was great of miles to reach us
@@BunnyKingHogs I would agree with that. Even though I’m an experienced grizzly wrestler.
Hey hey
You’ve seen most of this in the last video I think
But appreciate you stopping by
Hola. Bunny Gracias 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤜🤛
he did not show you the flat tire push. same thing but start the motor, and use the clutch to push the bike.
Moto Vamos 💪💯💯
da ssssWeeeeet sp0t!!!
🤘😁🤘
👍
👋👋👋👋❤️🌹😎🇺🇸
I suggest ride an park not walk ur bike ever
And if you have to?
Not the most astute comment. No such this as not walk it "ever". Especially, for short legged riders.
