I appreciate that you don't rush. If the reactions are just for entertaining purposes and for liking and subscribing, they are secondary because we heard the same songs for the nth time. Generally, I won't come rushing to visit the channel to listen to the reaction. I don't watch many of Dimash's newest songs until the music coaches evaluate those songs. Dimash's songs most, if not all, are about analyzing the message, emotions he brought to the table, musical instruments of choice, skill, and technical ability to put them all together. The takeaway, the listeners could leave and think about it later. We watch, we learn, and we do justice to his songs.

You're right. The "alien" tones in the originale are made using a computer. However, I prefer all of Dimash's naturale versions. Thank you so much for a great reaction 👍😊
I sure do too! The computer one is all over the place, which doesn’t flow or sound nice. Dimash make his versions sound beautiful and a piercing joy to the heavens! But Dimash is the only one somehow has come dang close! Another Asian female tried but her high was a bit weak and not quite like Dimash!

This was my first visit to your channel and I must say I enjoyed it very much. I had seen this version of Diva Dance - as well as the one from the competition - and agree with you that this was better - most likely because his voice now is more mature.
The other version in China you referred to is well worth watching - his companion in that rendition is the best actor / singer in Chinese productions where apparently men can play women. His voice is amazing - especially when he and Dimash are "dueling"! Not to mention - the set and choreography that accompanied them - quite a feast for the eyes as well as ears!

LOL😂😂😏 yes, MOST of the blue alien Diva dance song is computer created/adjusted.
I have listened to many female vocalists try to do Diva dance but most fail in a few areas, usually the low slides and the ladder slide.
If interested check out Cristina Ramos from Spain as she does Diva dance in costume.
There is also a Dimash rendition of the whole Diva song but it is fan cam. Audio is great but visuals are so blurry as to be useless. It is older than The Singer 2017 competition.
This Bastau Concert version is the closest to the original and in my opinion, better. Performed 2 hours into the concert.
My favorite version is The Drunken Concubine and Diva Dance duet with Li Yugang at Shanghi Spring Festival.
This version has many adaptions as they blend the 2 songs together. (Dimash goes higher and lower😅🤭)
Make sure you get a version with English subtitles for the "Drunken Concubine" parts because Li Yugang is amazing too.

Ya hicieron esta reacción, los dos ,una frase ella y la misma DIMASH, luego la otra igual,,, PERO al final DIMASH hace un final contra alto ,2 /8 más alto que la máquina,,,,gana DIMASH y fin para los chinos 😅😅😅ella hace en grave y corta ,y DIMASH va a las nubes ☁️ y termina la canción como se debería haber hecho, 😅😅
I never said what he did was wrong...i was pointing out how good he is compared to the original video from the movie, and i said that he did the ending in his original and amazing style.
Right before Dimash sang Daybreak in the competitian he was sick and lost his voice and he had to go to the doctor and get some shots in his troat.The doctor told him to avoid high notes.
It's probobly why he skipped some high notes later in the competition.😊

Dimash's version is sung LIVE, while the movie version is edited and with the aide of computer. The portion you mentioned that he didn't not do is so simple for him. He just have his own style.
On the version he did with Li Yugang, instead of doing the part you were so impressed with here, he did a super high whistle note. Li Yugang is a well known Chinese Opera singer and that pairing required some adjustments. Also it was a show setting where they only had a small chunk of time.

Solo puedo agregar que la soprano que interpreto la canción en la película, nunca la volvió a cantar en vivo porque para ella es imposible llegar a esos registros vocales, Solo Dimash puede lograrlo. Y no se debería comparar una voz humana con un ordenador. Saludos desde Córdoba Argentina 🇦🇷

Yep he is the one and only... tbh listen to the original again Dimash' power blows the original away. He skipped another bit which was also computerised. Technically challenging, but not for Dimash the thing is it just isn't a good part song wise he makes a much smarter choice (and if anyone thinks he couldn't sing that bit you have to be kidding the up and down octave jumps are the technical difficulty but he does that in his sleep) Anyway you definitely should react to the Li Yugang duet... I am not going to tell you why but you will NOT regret it.

When competing in these shows, contestants are given a time limit to showcase their talent. So some music pieces are chopped to fit the time allowed. All talent shows are done the same.

I was talking about the version of Diva Dance that he did during the competition of The Singer in China...in that version he skipped that part and did something different he did a staccatto part in that version. However i pointed out that in this version he came so close to the original without the help of computers and stuff like the movie did.
