I’m a dear from U.K. aged 79. I am going to my fourth Dimash concert in Budapest in May and my fifth in Istanbul end of may. I’ve loved lots of artists over the years, been to many varied concerts, Chris Isaac, Michael Buble, Queen with Adam Lambert, Everly bros with Simon and Garfunkle, lots of pop groups etc, but never gone overseas to see someone before Dimash. I am absolutely besotted with him, his music and his humanitarian character. He is totally against war and gives speeches and makes music with lyrics against war. His mv’s are amazing, the story of one sky shows his feelings about war. It’s in English and lasts fourteen mins. Then he released an mv a couple of days ago called When I’ve Got You, vampire blues vibe. Also in English. He is the most diverse artist ever. (Christine)

Hello ! I'm from Quebec, Canada. Dimash began to sing at home and, at 5 years old, he began Musical School. Dimash is free, no Productor (he never wanted ). His father is his manager. His brother plays musicals instruments and his sister sings very well but she decided to be a Doctor. You can have more thinks of Dimash, in Wikipedia or Google. Maybe you can begin in the Competition in China (2017) named '' I'm a Singer ''. He didn't win 'cause he was not a Chinese ! They change the Rules the next year !. And after, you have many songs of Dimash and many Concerts. He will be 30, on May 24th 2024 and have a Concert in Istanbul. I can say more about him, but it will be too long :) . This song is aria from the French rock-opera of 80s called Starmania. Protagonist is Robinhood alike young man robs rich people to distribute among poor. At the end his girlfriend was shot by the police and the man sings this song over her dead body reflecting his life that he did and what he does, questioning why he lives in this world and that he does not fit in this world and rather be a bird to see the world from the sky upside down because it seems more beautiful from above rather on the ground. that is why the last lines says: Sleep child, sleep to his dead girlfriend. But Dimash put more deepness to the meaning of the original lyrics how it is unfair in the modern world and all that tragedy of inequality. Greetings from Kazakhstan.

It has not these crazy high notes but it will touch your heart. Concert was in Kiew before all these terrible things began. The audience sings along with him became the song is well known in Ukraine. There are millions of us Dears, and our love is equally shared between Dimash and his fans. This video will show you how very dedicated they are to each other. This concert was at the Emei Mountain Festival. It was very cold and pouring freezing rain. Fans had stood for ten hours and sang with Dimash throughout every song. This video shows six songs to that performance and is about 30 minutes long, so it may be too lengthy to react to it. But I hope you enjoy seeing it.

I would love it if you guys both went back and watched the version of dimash singing this song on the Chinese show the singer which is kind of like the voice in america. He was a young 22 years old when he first appeared on that show and now he will be 30 in May of this year. The version from the Chinese show the singer is just shows his humbleness and his kindness and just how grateful he was to be there

Who is Dimash? I, and a few others, call him the singer of the millennia because the range of musical genres, and his vocal range, 7.7 octaves, are like no other. From Kazakhstan, beginning his singing career at age 5 (he's 29 now, 2023), Dimash was accepted into the most distinguished music academy in his country. The world became aware of him in 2017 (when he was 22), during and after a Chinese singing contest called "Singer". His first digital music album "ID" went platinum in only 37 seconds after release, and 3x platinum in only one hour, and 5x platinum in only one day on Chinese music platforms In December 2019, he made his US debut in New York at the Barclays Center. Dears (those he calls his fans) traveled from 68 different countries, 43 states & 2 US territories, and was sold out. Now writing his Doctoral thesis for a PhD in Musicology/ Composing, received all his degrees with honors while simultaneously filling arenas and maintaining his performing career, a first! He has a bachelors degree in vocals, a master's degree in composition and is about to complete his PhD in musicology this year (2023).
Dimash sings in 14 languages, plays 7+ musical instruments, is a composer, an amazing vocalist, patriot, philanthropist and, despite his popularity and talent, is a very warm and humble person.

To put it in context:
He sings lower than bass in Opera. The lowest note is usually C2....and higher longer sustained whistle note.
Total Dimash range is G0-D8. By the way, a D8 is a couple of keys past the high end of a piano. And, I believe his Vocal Fry is off the low end of the keyboard.
