    I like my Supply Pro. Care is recommended when using it. I have had about 8 shaves with a blade and still cuts wonderfully. They stay sharp a long time. Close shaves too.

      Yeah, the Pro version was praised for being able to get a closer shave! I'm glad to hear that it's working well for you! I still haven't found a permanent razor for myself. I'll be sure to try more razors in the future until I find something that works best for me 😅

      @@AdAuthority Rockwell 6S If you just want one razor. Or the Rockwell T2SS and right there with them is the Karve Overlander. B plate on that one. I'd go ahead and get a C plate also. If you have one of any of these you won't need another razor ever.

      @RichardE62 Honestly, that sounds like a dream. Thank you so much for those recommendations! I'm going to take a look at those later today 🙏

    hi, great video, im wondering if i were to go against the grain would if give me a completely close shave? even with the fins?

      Thank you! If you were to go against the grain, you would definitely get a close shave, but you risk a higher chance of irritating your skin and razor burn. It's not something I do often, but that's because I know my skin is more sensitive.

      @@AdAuthorityI thought the whole point of a single blade razor is to prevent this very problem ? Because traditional cartridges have multiple blades

    • @AdAuthority
      @AdAuthority  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @flymanjam I believe it varies person to person as most things do. For me, I have sensitive skin that can irritate pretty easily. For people with tougher skin who want a closer shave, they could also buy the Single Edge Pro to achieve that.
      It is also possible that since I wasn't as experienced with a single edge razor before this, I could have risked a high chance for cutting myself and irritation due to my lack of experience. I won't rule out the possibility of a user error on my part to be fair to the razor.

      @@AdAuthority ooooo ok I understand! I’m just recently getting into the single blade razors because my skin is sensitive to multiple blades aka cartridge razors. I always seem to get razor bumps and irritation. Videos like yours really help in which brand I decide to go, in this case after lots of research I decided to go with Leaf Twig razor instead of Supply, coming in soon let’s hope it’s good. You should try the leaf single edge Twig!

      I've never heard of that product before. I'm going to have to look them up! Thank you for the suggestion!

    How does the supply co. Razor compare to a safety razor?

    • @AdAuthority
      @AdAuthority  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I haven't had the privilege of trying a safety razor yet, unfortunately. So I'm not sure right now what the difference is. I will have to give them a try and see if I enjoy them! Might make a video on that in the future as well.
