Join us on our first look at Disney's Tron Lightcycle Power Run Roller Coaster at Magic Kingdom. We were invited out by a friend and Disney cast member to check out the ride for our very first time. This ride is the first in the US as it currently is open in Shanghai Disneyland. We all have been waiting for this ride since it was announced about 5 yrs ago. Now, it is finally here!
We share our experience, show you the test seat Lightcycle. We give you information on the seat position and what would be best for your body type and as a PLUS size guest. The ride does have a modified seating for plus size and DAS. Great option for those who do not fit or can't do the Lightcycle. We have two full back seat POV of the full ride during the day and at night.
The entire experience was incredible and we had a blast with our friends. Thank you to our Disney friend for inviting us to join on this experience. We hope you all enjoy this video as much as we did making it. Thank you for watching and we will see you all on the next MagTastic Productions!

Very, very cool, and also cool that you are so magtastically connected that you got to ride early! Good for Disney for doing such a creative and innovative new concept, and of course people much smarter than me have been testing it for years...but I don't see how no one is going to hurt their neck/back/knees. But I thought the same thing for Superman at Six Flags, where they strap your chest and legs while standing up and then pull your legs back, and that ride is still going strong years later. Interesting that riders can sit up to their own degree of comfort, and awesome that the track goes right by the spectators. Wonderful!
We were very impressed with the ride and grateful to have an awesome cast member friend. Very thankful to our friend and we got to do before it open to the public. Disney did a great job with this ride. Not the most comfortable but certainly the most innovative ride at Disney. It is not for everyone. But super fun! Another great addition to Magic Kingdom.

It was certainly a thrill ride. I loved it! There’s definitely other fun rides for Magbis. Just maybe not this one. She still enjoyed the experience and was super happy that I enjoyed it. 😍

Trying to decide if I should do this…I can ride Everest but RNR is too much for me. The launch kills me. Do you think the Tron launch is similar to RNR or not as intense?
I would say about the same level but feels more intense. Since it shoots you outside then inside. Magbis has done RNR and she could not do it. I guess it depends on each person.
