Presidential Traverse Guided Running Tour-White Mountain Endurance

We took a group out on a running tour of the Presidential Traverse and had a beautiful day! We split up into two different paced groups and each group exceeded their goals and expectations!
The Presidential traverse goes over 7 of New Hampshires 4000 foot mountains in about 19 miles with 10,000 feet of climbing. The Northern Presidential Mountains are very rugged while the Southern Presidential Mountains offer easier terrain.
Mountains you summit on this traverse:
Madison, Adams, Jefferson, Washington, Monroe, Eisenhower, Pierce.
We ascended the ridge via Valley Way and came down Crawford Path. Enjoy!
