I was thinking of buying the F-8E, seeing how it performs in dogfights against other aircraft would make me say it wouldn't be the best dogfighter, but it being able to have the AIM-9G is excellent, the range is extremely good making it easy to get long range kills. The capability to carry bombs aswell is kind of pointless... It could be able to be used as a bomber if you're into that. Seeing those rocket kills in headons is funny, makes me want to do it. - Sub2DogeLord
The review itself is really complete for me probably the best review so far, the rockets in the F-8 (mighty mouse) looks pretty nice and fun to play knowing its a new type of weapon in the game other than air to air missiles and cannons which makes it interesting. subtionHD

honestly the f8 in game feels a little sluggish, maybe mord than it should be, so not a great dogfighter, but the aim9g's performe quite well so it can kinda act as a missle truck if you want it too katsthekat

F-8E is a plane of gimmicks, everything about it rather funky than competitve, such as big intake, varying increment wing, and same is true for it's kit, SARH sidewinders it will get in 9.0, IRST, it will be more of a funny play to fly rather than a really strong one. Strv103C

just here for the giveaway lol, but i did watch the video and i think it was really good, i havent used it alot but form what ive seen its alright, theres better fighters out there, i personally like the f4j more than the f8, idk why it just feels better for me, i think the f8 would should be used mainly as a jet bomber and not a fighter. the f5, f4s, the mig21 and alot of top tier planes could take this out in a duel or in a dogfight but the missiles are good, it has some good rockets, i just think its around middle of the pack until you get into a dogfight with someone who knows how to play the f4, the f5, the mig21, if you read all that ty for reading my long ass paragraph lol -@Liokkgi
