Nice to see you back Danielle!! Really like those sconces. If you could just find a couple of accent pieces to add above them, I wouldn't even think of replacing them. Look so nice on each side of that opening.

I am not sure but the cabinet might be thirties or forties. My dining room set is 1929. That shower curtain is so so pretty. The best prettiest thing is the silverware but even better the free item. Omg , I wish I had a neighbor that would throw something like that out. Your house just gets better and prettier every time. ❤❤❤Continued health.

The Danielle diy on your sconces took them from drab to Fab! Um a free lamp that's divine--Yes Please! Gum cabinet, I would guess 30's/40's, not an expert though. So many treasures I almost got whiplash trying to look at them all. Continuing to 🙏🏼

Wow they really did have lots of pretty & cool things! I've been seeing alot of newer remakes of the primitive & antique tool boxes lately. I'm pretty sure the round globe on the wood base with flowers in it is vintage, unless they're making them again! Those were out when I was late teens, early 20's.(40+yrs ago🫣) They came in different shapes & sizes. I had one with pink flowers that was like an egg type shape. That's A really cool stair basket!! I love the shelf!! With A little antique wax to make look old, it would be gorgeous!!🤍 I love the wood stand with the baskets! The G cabinet is really pretty, looks like it could be a older vintage one in my opinion 🤷♀️ I have the old antique black & gold singer sewing machine, but its not in a cabinet.. I'd love to find an empty cabinet for it. I love all old wood things large & small..i love wood! The old vanity was so pretty❤ Ooh wow!! I've been looking for a table runner like that one.. that's what my mama kept on her dresser when i was little.. Sometimes she'd move it to her sewing machine. I've not seen one anywhere! So nostalgic🥹 The little quilts or quilt pieces were really pretty! I was given 2 large bags of vintage silverware my long ago, we actually found some sterling in it too! Exciting!😊 Ohh the sconces are gorgeous!! I really love the shower curtain, its beautiful Danielle! Girl i love that picture & the pieces on the shelf! I love anything Victorian, my favorite art to collect! And I've started collecting some figurines too. Just something about those fancy ladies & sweet babies/cute children❤ Whattt.. free!?! Young lady, always remember your first instincts are your best! If it doesn’t work out for what your thinking, it may work out somewhere else. Otherwise, Re thrift it back for someone else. Then there’s no regret’s. 💕🙏🙏
What a cool find in the trash. It amazes me what people throw away. I’m always looking in the trash. Lol
Easiest way to clean silver. I use a 9X13 baking dish put a piece of aluminium foil (20x20 folded to fit inside dish, a a good handful of washing soda (not baking soda) and hot water to with in a 1\2 inch of the top. Put your silver items in the pan, you want them to touch the foil and in less than 30 seconds the tarnish will be gone. I immediately run each piece under warm water and once everything is clean i wash the pieces in warm soapy water and dry with a tea towel. I have pieces with wicker wrapped handles or ivory handles these i clean with silver polish only. The solution is fantastic for intricate decorations or getting the tarnish off forks. Do not leave pieces in the solution, this is a quick process and is great for heavily tarnished pieces in getting the main tarnish off and then using silver polish to get the beauty of the silver to shine.
I have SO much in my home that I got at "the curb" put out for the trash..... Our section of town pickup is Friday and we have a lot of rental homes that typical tenants stay for 1 year and then move on, I am always amazed at what they put out when they move out. I have scored two old "bridge" or floor lamps. They aren;t in my home yet as my husband wants to rewire them, One has jadeite calls on the upright pole.... I also need to find just the right shades...baskets, tables, dining room chairs, and so many accessories.... iT MUST BE REALLY FUN TO GET VIEWERS PACKAGES IN THE MAIL. i LOVE YOUR CHANNEL

That floor lamp is awesome! Also I love how you did the make over on the candle sconces. I had those from home interior years ago and have seen them since at thrift stores but didn't like the shiny but you showed how to change that!

Goodwill prices in my area have skyrocketed! I don’t even stop there anymore. Really all they have is literally junk/trash. Your store has much better prices for the most part.

I’m so glad you decided to hang the sconces on both sides. I think if you would have put them on either side as you first stated ….it wouldn’t look cohesive to the opening.
Love your thrifting and decorating, but I have to tell you at 18:13, there’s an old picture of some ladies in their ball gowns on your wall, i have two of the same type prints in my home. I knew as you were thrifting and decorating we have very similar style and that clinched it. Thanks for sharing your videos.

To purchase? I feel like I have no restraint in the goodwill. Then I get home and realize I bought something that would go GREAT in someone’s decor that I follow on TH-cam but not really in mine. Then I’ve wasted money and time.

I used a rustoleum gold spray paint and then european rub n buff afterwards! And the tarnish sprays are by Tim Holtz!
