Hi Danielle! The brass piece you bought is a butlers tray. It originally also had a brush, that would have been used to brush crumbs, etc, off of a table. It's in an Art Nouveau design, which is VERY desirable, you scored on that piece! Lucky you. The table cloth is battenburg lace. Love your finds on your thrifts!
The tablecloth lace is called battanburg lace. I think I have that same tablecloth that belonged to my mom. I like all the items you bought. Flowers draping out of the basket will look pretty. Enjoyed this video.
If you find a planter you love that doesn’t have drainage, just put a plant in the plastic pot it comes in that does have drainage in the “cover pot” when you water and it drains into the cover pot just empty it.
Hello Danielle, you find wonderful pieces and I always love how you style them. That first store is a bit pricey on some things 👀 but I hear you, we have some goodwill stores but they just don’t have much good😂
My husband always says whatever I like, it's always the most expensive thing. I drooled when you showed the lamp, then choked when you showed the price. We both laughed because he was right😅. That basket is a must have for ALL seasons. I can't wait to see what you do with it. Another fantastic video. You are kicking off 2024 with the BEST videos 🏆🥇💕
Hahah! I say this about myself because everything I want at antique stores is always so expensive so I must have wonderful taste! 😂 thank you for watching!
Danielle, try this with your plants- put a pot with drainage holes INSIDE the decorative planter. Place some stones on the bottom of the planter to make a space for drainage. The hardest part of this is finding a pot the right size to fit the planter.
Hi, Danielle ! First of all, Top Marks to the Star Camera Man ! Hey, absolutely adore that Brass Pan. Great bit of Art Nouveau design, that. Looks great above the Door there. So very eyecatching. Great video as always 👏👍😉 Thank you, lovely lady .... And, a very Happy Valentine's Day to you for Feb. 14th🌹❤️🇬🇧
Hi Danielle You are the best! You stick to your plan to only have items that are staying with your period of your home. I am like you Danielle when it comes to plants. My husband and I rented a salon inside a hotel and he bought plants in 1979…we still have every one no thanks to me 😂. You can drill a hole in urns and different vessels as long as you use a small drill bit…plants need drainage. I have two butler trays…one handmade wood with a painted motif, and one silver. That one is big and pretty. I love the purple you put on the curtains, love those kind of tablecloths and my favorite was the basket. You are a good camera person…no making us dizzy and Garret is sweet to hold your stuff. ❤❤❤❤
*Hi Danielle! My favorite thing you brought home today is the brass art nouveau silent butler bread crumb tray for use with a brush at the table. One day I hope you'll be able to find a matching or compatible brush to go with it❣️ In the meantime, it looks great where you hung it in your kitchen. 😉* *Your white cotton dining room tablecloth is called Battenburg Lace. It looks terrific on your table.😊* *Your basket is going to look great year 'round with florals for each season.* *Danielle, I completely agree with you about that GORGEOUS FRAME you showed us. It would look amazing with a portrait of an adopted Victorian ancestor hanging on your wall.* *Garrett is a good sport and a thoughtful and loving thrifting companion to carry your purse 👛 and treasures while you film, browse and shop❣️🙂* *Hello to Jackson and Lincoln...please give each of them a belly rub for me‼️🐶🐶*
Hello this is the first time I’ve watched one of your videos. I found your channel by watching a thrilled thrifter video from two years ago. And I am already subscribed to gridiron and grace-I agree she is quite delightful
Danielle, the green transferware casserole is gorgeous. I used green and red transferware at Christmas time. So maybe if it's on sale the next time you go, you can consider Christmas decor!
Oh, those barley twist candlesticks! Love the butler’s tray. I actually think the wear on the wicker basket adds to that feeling of aged pieces gathered over decades that is your house vibe. Love it.
I loved that wooden shelf with the hooks on it, very unique. I'm the same about frames lol I have a room i store all my extra things in until I'm ready to place them and there's sooo many frames in there.. without art and some with art that will be removed😉 I'd love to have all 3 of the ones you pulled out!! I buy art that i love but don't like the frame and switch it out, I'm sure you do too. I also loved your 'ancestor' photo😉.. hope you end up with it, its beautiful! OMGOODNESS that caster set was stunning!!! Makes you want to splurge! The $800 piece.. yeah I'd love to see the home it was going to!! Can you imagine?! I have the napkin set that matches your tablecloth.. Its Battenburg lace. Great finds, thanks for sharing!😊
This was so fun. Thanks for showing prices. There was several things similar to what I have and it was nice to see what they were charging for them. The set of red dishes were gorgeous. I have a pair of my grandfather’s spectacles in a case like that. They are at least 75 years old. Thanks! I love your style of decorating.
Keep the plastic pots your plant come in and then use the nice pots you find thrifting and put your plastic into the nice one and you use the nicer ones for catch pot that’s what I do then you water the plant just watch that you plant doesn’t sit in water very long cause it can rot the roots hope that works for you
Loved that black urn you showed in beginning. I’ve been searching for that exact size cuz ones I usually find are long love the short one . I too am a frame hoarder. If I were to show you my unhung collection you would be 😮🤦🏻♀️ but hey we love what we love right . As always TFS ❤
You are right. Those prices are crazy. I've seen you in a goodwill. Are the prices better there? But yeah that's like consigning all over. I would never I wouldn't even go there because I would get upset that I couldn't and wouldn't pay those prices. But they do have nice things.
Goodwill is better if they don’t know what they have, but now they sell online or put anything they think is worth money in a glass case. It’s absurd! Lol
Danielle, what a beautiful place. Can you share the name of the antique shop? I live in San Antonio and my mom outside of Houston. I’d love to visit when I see her. Thank you.

Battenburg lace !
The tablecloth lace is called battanburg lace. I think I have that same tablecloth that belonged to my mom. I like all the items you bought. Flowers draping out of the basket will look pretty. Enjoyed this video.
I think the basket will be great in other seasons too. It would be pretty with bittersweet branches in the fall and some plaid wool in the winter.
Love the tassels ❤
Sherryh2479 is correct. The brass piece is a dustpan that would have had a brush with a brass handle. They are called silent butlers.
If you find a planter you love that doesn’t have drainage, just put a plant in the plastic pot it comes in that does have drainage in the “cover pot” when you water and it drains into the cover pot just empty it.
So it doesn’t sit in water for too long long or the roots will rot
That green lampshade!!!! Want!
Nice haul. Love the crumb tray. That's a great find.
Hello Danielle, you find wonderful pieces and I always love how you style them. That first store is a bit pricey on some things 👀 but I hear you, we have some goodwill stores but they just don’t have much good😂
Loved the Battenberg lace
I have a white tabecloth and napkins that I received from my MIL that she purchased in Italy. It sets a lovely table!
Thank you, George the Antique Nomad has a great channel too !
Thank you !
Loved the basket and the butlers pan you just need the little brush that goes with it. (Hubby is a keeper carrying your purse and your treasures)👍
What a lovely shop! The pan is really nice.
Hi Danielle Jackson and Lincoln happy valentine's day ❤ I really loved the gold dust pan my next trifting find always Laura thanks for sharing
It certain wasn't my idea, but those beautiful singleton plates work great as a drip "pan" under plants.
Very nice of you ladies to support each other’s channels 👍🏼🤩

I found a pan like that in milk glass. I think it’s a butler’s crumb tray
Danielle, I'm with you on growing plants. I can grow silk plants really well.😀 just a thought.
Beautiful stuff loved it
Thank you again for doing this collaboration with me! I love the haul of the items you picked up! ❤
Love that basket Danielle! ❤
Hi, I enjoyed your thrift haul. Me and my best friend enjoyed watching together. All the items look nice
Thank you so much!
Like how you record ….you don’t make one dizzy. You respect each piece and show the price. Thank you Danielle
Thank you!!
I love the basket!! 😍
Really nice finds!
Love the butlers tray!! Look forward to your videos!!!

I will try this! My dilemma is that I love decorative fancy things that aren’t big enough to put a plastic pot into! Haha
I loved the red and white teapot, and the castor set! You got some lovely finds❤️
Hi, Danielle ! First of all, Top Marks to the Star Camera Man ! Hey, absolutely adore that Brass Pan. Great bit of Art Nouveau design, that. Looks great above the Door there. So very eyecatching. What a fun thrifting trip and great finds!
Thank you!! 😊

I might be incorrect but I call that type of design on your tablecloth cutwork. Nice haul I like the dust pan
Danielle, the green transferware casserole is gorgeous. I used green and red transferware at Christmas time. So maybe if it's on sale the next time you go, you can consider Christmas decor!
Ho Danielle. I love that brass fustpan that you found! Very pretty and intetesting!! I also like the tattered basket!! Fun pieces!!Have a good week ❤👍
Thank you!!
Oh my gosh! That red transferware was so beautiful!,,,
It takes a great and caring man to carry our purse- looks like you got yourself a good man!😊
🤍🤍
I laughed out loud when you called them your "adopted ancestors." SO FUNNY!!
Oh, those barley twist candlesticks! Love the butler’s tray. I actually think the wear on the wicker basket adds to that feeling of aged pieces gathered over decades that is your house vibe. Love it.
Fun shopping trip Danielle. The basket and brass dust pan you found are awesome, great finds.
I believe the tablecloth is battenburg lace.
Yes I love the brass dust pan . Unique piece.
Be careful, brass is addictive. I have totes full of it, I can't wait to put it back out.
Such lovely things at that store but the prices were high. Two nice items went home with you though. Really like your shabby little basket!
Table cloth looks like battenburg lace.
Nice trip. I knew you'd look at that portrait of the lady. Hope you will find it marked down on your return trip. Your family tree is growing. ;0)

You always find the most beautiful things, I love how you decorate
Thank you!

Battenberg lace. Tablecloth
The table cloth is called Battenberg Lace.

Ive been on the hunt for an antique cruet set. They are on Ebay but i really want to stumble upon one somewhere
Your tablecloth is battenburg lace
Danielle, what a beautiful place. Can you share the name of the antique shop? I live in San Antonio and my mom outside of Houston. I’d love to visit when I see her. Thank you.
It’s a resale shop called Jazzy Junque!
Some of these shops I go in I think they’re crazy with that pricing
They are!! Lol
Batten burg lace
❤
❤
I was thinking that with those prices, does Jazzy Junque sell anything? The store had some lovely furniture, but too high priced for me. 😊
Haha I wonder this also but the stuff I want is never there when I go back!
Are those prices for real? I live in Sheboygan County, its not quite as bad here
I don't do real plants. I do. Faux. Because they don't die on me😢 5:20 5:23
Gee - Those prices at the first place- yikes 😱!
Way expensive.
I’d prefer more time showing haul and what you’re going to do with them and less time showing us stuff that you’re never going to buy.
The majority of my viewers ask to see what’s at the stores as if they are shopping themselves, so that’s what I will do! :)
