Simon Hurley ... great video and difficult to choose a favourite card both have unique qualities. I live in the U.K. and am really struggling to get hold of your inks! Are you aware of an online seller in the U.K. where I can get hold of your inks etc. Bit of a novice and researched my inks and reckon yours are worth a go. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you
I can't choose, Simon! Both are wonderful and the results are amazing...both techniques are creative in their own right!! I LOVE your tip about filling and embossing the letters with an embossing pen! Ingenious!!
Thanks Simon. I like both cards...the stamp, colors, and filling in the letters. Am always happy when no die cutting is required. Fussy cutting to a card base gives a finished look. The envelope/card pin is my favorite because the card part was a surprise.

Loved the suggestion of using the embossing pen to fill in the lettering. I’ve had one for years and I hadn’t thought to do that with it!

Today I loved the first card because of the background you put it on after cutting it out. Yeah, I'm old and don't say fussy cutting. lol!
So, I have been embossing forever and yet, over the past three days I have learned two new techniques! I love the way you "colored in" the "Hello" with the embossing powder! Clever!

Hard to choose between the two. They are both great! I do better with blending than smooshing so I think I'll give the blending a try.

Thanks for the great video. I have a bunch of backgrounds created and I wasn't sure what to do with them. I'm going to go through them and pick some for heat embossing an image on top since that was my favorite card today.

Both are lovely, however the second one has my vote. Those pins are fantastic especially the interactive ones.
Just saw someone filming you on creativation. There you were minding your own business whatching Tim Holtz, and someone think they can just come and film you and ask you quistions. It must be hard. And it doesn't help that they say: you are so cute. Like you are a todler. I just felt for you. I hope you had a great creativation in spite of being famlous 😉😉😉

I really like both cards, but the first one is my favorite. The second one the colored background was too busy with a busy stamp pattern.
I wonder how the second card would have looked if you’d experimented with a few alternative coloured card bases.
