Just discovered your channel, loving the content so far. I must say I am really pleased with your attitude and outlook for your country. Too many naysayers, negative Debbie Downers in the country. Rapid development is happening all across the island but way too many choose to be sheep instead of shepherds. All they dwell on is what’s on social media, who’s beefing with who and who’s hooking up with who. No wonder so many Chinese, Indians and other new comers to Jamaica are leaving us behind business wise. People worrying about the wrong things in life and not becoming entrepreneurs and owners of businesses. Loving the progress of the country, I would advise anyone to get involved and invest in appreciating assets instead of all the latest fashion or automobile, all those will come eventually if you choose that lifestyle. Invest into something productive people, even the local stock market. One love and continued growth
Thanks brother 4 showing the internet another positive side of Jamwan av always drive by that side of the highway going to Kingston and was always like to see wats going on in those complex. Jamaica will never run out of green space over the next 5000 years..the population is getting bigger so development have to take place.. and take place where they are easily connected..
Actually the population is declining as Jamaicans today are having 1.5 children instead of the 2.5 which will ensure population growth. In less than 100 years our population will be 1.5 million similar to what we were in the 1960s
That’s a good point, so far I am seeing a good balance. Matter of fact the island forest has grown by over 4% in the last 3-5 years from 117 hectares to 122.
I clicked on your video because of the caption “How Jamaica is solving its water crises”, but instead, your emphasis was on UDC land for sale. I am interested to know the plans JA has to resolve its water problem, primarily in Kingston. Large multi dwelling buildings are being constructed and I am curious about the water source to support these buildings.
I really enjoyed seeing those trees in that area whenever i come to jamaica and drive by....i really wished that they would leave them there...and now this....they should have used up the massive cane field area and leave tbose trees alone....cant just cut down the natural beauty of the country in the name of development..using the cane field would have been a win win ...
How much hotel are in Kingston to use the water generated daily from these infrastructure? I’m sure you’ll be putting it out there that water is not piped to even the hospitals !!
@@teeree2128 when there was a drought unscrupulous private persons sold water from filty trucks to unsuspecting people..not NWC and there is no massive hotels been built in kingston
Love the videos you’re producing, you are showing exactly the types of stuff I want to see. Keep it up please & thanks in advance.
Happy to know you are happy with the content, thanks for the support.
Jamaica does not have a water shortage issue, it has a water infrastructure issue..
You are correct
This area has great potential.
Most definitely
Such beautiful greenery! I hope some will be left intact, since tree roots holds the soil preventing corrosion, and help to combat carbon monoxide …
Yes distraction of forestry cause drought and global warming.

You are most welcome, there is way more positives than negatives in Jamaica.
There is a vast ocean a water underground, tell them to dig underground and setup WELLS.
Beautiful beautiful Jamaica 🇯🇲🫶🏿👉🏿🙏🏿🏝✈️🌎
Yes our country is beautiful

Don't bank on that. Green space can run out. What is causing the lost of hundred of lands in the rain forests of Africa?
Good thing going on
Yes, and we are here to bring you lots more of the positives going on in Jamaica.
Love your vid! Has a lot of substance and depth! Just sub! ❤thank you!!
Thank you, we appreciate you.
Awesome ❤❤
Thank you! Cheers!
Great videos as always bro
Respect and thanks for the support
I also am concerned about the greening of the island. The development needs to be less harsh.
That’s a good point, so far I am seeing a good balance. Matter of fact the island forest has grown by over 4% in the last 3-5 years from 117 hectares to 122.
This area should be designated a green space area.
Where there is a highway, there will be commerce.
Interested in EV updates

Hi, did you watch the video to the end, if you did you would have seen a section about the Ferry Pipeline, that’s for the final three minutes or so.

Music is too loud over the video.
What visa are they offering investors or people who to invest in realestate.
I’m sure that the Monisty of Foreign Affairs have offers on hand for situations like this.
What about the water crisis at the headline
The Ferry Pipeline is what is addressing that, that’s s the last 3 minutes of the video.
We need a good hospital, we still have no beds and people being turned away because they have no beds. This is nothing new in jamaica.
We will take this on to showcase what’s happening in the medical field.
GIVING THE RESIDENTS WATER FROM FILTH TRUCKS N SENDING THE WATER TO HOTELS IS SOLVING THE PROBLEM..........??? ?????

This added infrastructure is to help with both businesses and the communities mentioned.
