After watching Feriya,got interested in Turkish food.I liked the way Zehra would lay the dining table for dinner and all the family members would dine together.
Great resource. When I was there I asked which of the sweets had no eggs, and the guy said all of them did. Apparently you put at least one egg to make the Philo dough.

Muhammed Vanli We have been Vegetarian all our lives, even our grandparents, parents and siblings and we have always had cheese and dairy in our food. Vegans on the other hand, usually don’t eat cheese ... that’s also based on our interactions with both vegetarians and vegans
