- I decided to try and compare suction on some popular pumps since i had a lot of questions about suction. hopefully this helps. I compared the medela hand pump,medela in style advance, baby buddha and spectra 9 plus.

@@briannaparham216 It was the best pump I could have purchased. SO helpful for on the go, but I started using it at home so I could be active around the house. Soo much to do and this helped! Suction was perfect and doesn't hurt at all. It actually feels very relieving. I told all my family and friends who use pumps.

Thanks for the helpful info. One thing though, i don’t think that’s how you use the manual pump. You don’t have to rotate the hand piece. :)

Elizabeth Gonzalez well...it’s definitely convenient because it’s portable however, I get more milk when I use the spectra. I alternate between the two pumps.

T. Marie Life I am debating between spectra s9 and the Medela Freestyle to pump at work. I spect to use it at least 2 to 3 times a day depending.

Hi, I was just wondering if you possibly have any tips to improve the suction on our Baby Buddha Pump. We purchased one after watching this video and hearing you praise the pump for its high level of suction. The evenflo pump we had previous was not performing well and we truly hoped to find a pump to end our battle with low suction once and for all. Would you happen to have any tips "besides the obvious troubleshooting, lol" as to how we can increase this products capabilities and provide the level of performance you are experiencing? If you aren't getting good suction something may be wrong with your pump bc it definitely shouldn't have you looking for stronger suction
Did you end up getting the Elvie? I’d love to hear your thoughts! I hated the PISA with my first and ended up using the manual. I got the Elvie this time around, but looking at getting the Baby Buddha too. Wondering how they compare.

If you had to pick, would you go with the Baby Buddha or The Elvie/Willow? I’m torn for a portable pump.
Willow is exspensive plus exspensive to maintain bc of special bags. Buddha is great, suction is powerful. Waiting to get my elvie

Yes. Its been out of stock for the longest
I wouldn’t recommend the Elvie or Willow! It never releases the nipple like any of these pumps, therefore causing sooo much pain
