That’s a good deal for being in CA. I’m in Hawaii and I just bought a 2017 in white with the M Sport package. It’s almost identical to yours but I didn’t get the lane departure or the active cruise control. It has pretty much everything else that I wantedThe mileage was 22,300 and it’s Certified Pre Owned with about 17 months of warranty left. I love the look with the wide tires in the rear and thankfully it has the Harman Kardon sound system. It sounds great but I have to wonder how much difference there would be with the Bang and Olufsen. They had the car listed at $43,900 but we ended up right at $41,800. It was just a few hundred dollars below the Kelly Blue Book so I feel I got a decent deal. I bought it just two weeks ago and am loving it. It seriously looks brand new both inside and out. I’d like to get black wheels but probably won’t. Just too expensive. We also have a 2012 with black wheels. It has the diesel engine and I can’t believe the power and acceleration the diesel has. It also has the M Sport package. Thanks for replying and have fun making it your own.
That’s not a X5 M it would have the badge in the back and would have the M bucket seats and they also have different wheels with the M package where. I like the ride but it’s not an M sport
Damnn it’s a BMW X5 m sport .. there’s a difference between that and BMW X5 M One is package & body styling & the other is package body styling + engine power extra horse power & the stiffness suspension, bucket seat & labelling ..
We had a great experience with them. They were very professional and accommodating. We didn’t do an extended warranty but we will though BMW in February!
If you buy from carmax.com, you can get the Maxcare Extended Warranty for 5 years or 125,000 which ever comes first for $6000. It's a bit much for a warranty but you get full coverage and pay only $100 deductible.
Hey! Yes, it has an option for a third row and it’ll give you 7 total seats instead of 5. We looked at one that had the third row, but we wanted more room in the trunk 👍🏼
Are u regretting it ? Cos u bought it an year before new model came out? Like dont u regret that u got a new x5 but not the newest , which has the big ugly grille?
No I don’t regret it. The 2020 are outrageous in price and we got this for a good deal. Later down the road we’ll get a brand new one. Probably an X5M, But for now I’m completely fine and have no regrets with ours
Karanbear personally I like the look of the body style on E70 which was the previous year’s model. We have a 2012 E70 and a 2017 F15. But they are both beautiful vehicles. I also feel the 2017 handles just a tiny bit better than the 2012. I don’t like the new model with that huge grill and bloated look.

Damn nice!! That’s a good price. Ours had very few miles on it so it was a bit more expensive. It was a lease that was barely driven

Just out of curiosity, what is the cost of this 2016 X5 before tax and license fees out of Southern California?
Brand new they’re starting around $60k for a basic model and just about double that price for an X5M
Here in CA, the 2016 x5 v8 with m sport package at 34,000 miles still command upper of $35,000.
