    BREAKING NEWS! The YSL attorneys declare WAR against Judge Glanville! Background: The judge presiding over Young Thug’s lengthy racketeering trial held the musician’s attorney in contempt on Monday after being confronted about a private conversation reportedly held between the judge, prosecutors and a state witness. Brian Steel was escorted out of the courtroom after refusing to tell Judge Ural Glanville how he learned of the meeting, which he said occurred in the judge’s chambers before court began Monday. “You got some information you shouldn’t have gotten,” Glanville said before directing deputies to take Steel into custody. “You’re not supposed to have communication with a witness who’s been sworn,” Steel told the judge before asking for a mistrial. He was later allowed back into the courtroom. The witness, Kenneth Copeland, spent the weekend in jail after refusing to testify on Friday despite an immunity deal contingent upon his testimony. Copeland apparently had a change of heart on Monday and was brought to the witness stand wearing a blue, jail-issued jumpsuit. He said he heard that prosecutor Simone Hylton also reminded the witness that he could actually be held until all 26 defendants have their cases disposed of, regardless of how long that might take. “If that’s true what this is is coercion, witness intimidation, ex parte communications that we have a constitutional right to be present for,” an outraged Steel told Glanville. “I still want to know, how did you come upon this information,” Glanville asked. “Who told you?” “What I want to know is why wasn’t I there,” Steel responded. After ordering Steel removed, Glanville said he planned to continue with proceedings. “I’m not halting nothing,” he said. At that point, Young Thug’s other attorney, Keith Adams, said he did not wish to continue without his co-counsel present. “

    Georgia has some really screwy rules. No judge should be allowed this much power, control and allowed to violated the code of conduct. Fulton County needs investigated and prosecution of all the acts they have been a part of. Glanville doesn't deserve any respect because of his violations. The Georgia legistlature and governor need to do their jobs to stop the criminal acts by judges, das, etc.

    I'm APALLED at the course of continued incompetent ruling of the 'Judge' in quotes as I use the term loosely as the public display of abuse of power is for ALL to see. As a retired litigation liaison, the refusal of this incompetent power corrected several attorneys schooling a 'seasoned' judge who is supposed to be in charge of the legal team in his presence. The unwillingness to correct himself after long hours alone in his personal chambers to "mull" over rulings he made ONLY to return to the bench & double down in his arrogant ruling that he obviously didn't understand. This is embarrassing from a secondhand view. This is a waste of taxpayers' money, along with resources, including time & ALL the small things that have NOT come to mind,yet. Thank you, Mr. Steele for not allowing another second to go by with an incompetent person of power to see this long assed case with too many people's lives at stake. I agree with the motion to have this dishonorable person in a powerful position continue to embarrass himself & every person who has spent countless years in school to be made a fool of via the way of abusive rulings with ZERO accountability of their OWN actions. Good Riddance Mr. Granville 🖕🏾

    Every time that the provisions of rule 2.11(a) comes up Glanville retreats to the proposition that once a judge makes a ruling that unfavorable ruling cannot form the basis for a recusal. He is making that premise do significantly more work than it was designed to do. He appears to think that the fact that he made a ruling against the defense he is protected from any future recusal motion regardless of the basis therefore. The Georgia Supreme Court is going to lynch his black ass like it’s 1930 and unfortunately he will deserve it. All of the years that Urinal has provided in service to his country and his community will be reduced to this one serious lapse in professional judgment. I almost feel bad for the guy but he makes it very hard to have sympathy for him by doubling and tripling down on his misconduct.

    If there is no acceptable standard for judges to sign orders than they need to be dealt with the same heavy hand they exercise on the public.

    Just because you don't have a formal education, doesn't you mean you can't be very smart. Just because you have several degrees doesn't mean you are smarter than other people in the room. Imagine if Little Woody had a law degree.

      The judge doesn't have any he was placed there in his position he said it himself
      His friend who was a judge placed him there
      Because he said he wanted to be a judge so yes anyone could be!
      The judge was in the military He automatically had pull!

    • @LadyJustice99
      @LadyJustice99 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @NativeEyesNc not sure I understand, are you saying the judge doesn't have a law degree?

    • @NativeEyesNc
      @NativeEyesNc 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@LadyJustice99 He said this himself he was placed as judge 👨‍⚖️
      He said he was about to be getting released from the military and his friend who was a judge asked him what he wanted to do?
      He made the comment he wanted to be a judge and he said it was that easy so they are his words
      My son is in the military has been almost 6yrs he told me he can have any job he wants when he gets out
      Its not what you know its who you know!
      I could say more but I'm speaking facts what this judge said on live TV he was placed in that position!
