Great video. My wife hit a pipe on the road with her 2008 Jetta and it popped off the bumper cover behind the tire. I watched this video then went and removed all the connectors on that side and popped out the inner part of the bumper, reattached the cover, and put it back together. She thought she would be without the car for a few days at the body shop and I fixed it in an evening. I would have never found that additional bolt on the other side of the taillight. Thank you for giving the Torx sizes as well.

Thanks for your videos, I recently got an '07 Jetta that had a lot of minor issues(cosmetic). Good strong car though mechanically, I have been fixing and restoring all the neglect including a saggy rear bumper which this video made a breeze. I need to replace a cracked rear tail light next. Thanks again.

This video is awesome! After removing the bumper, one piece falls to the ground at minute 10:30. What is it? Looks like a metal bar.
    Thanks!

Not bad. These guys discover the bolts as they go. I had the irresistible urge to give them an impact gun but besides that it was okay
