2006 Jetta Rear Bumper Removal (MK IV / MK5)

Just threw this together after I couldn't find any other videos on how to take this apart. Unfortunately I only thought of doing it after I had it disassembled, but I think it is still useful.

The hard plastic piece that holds bumper to lower fender, did you have to replace it for clip or other failure? I'm trying to reattach the bumper that's not being held on but it's got a bend in it. any advice???

We'd taken this apart to try and fix the rust. So nothing was actually damaged or bent thankfully. As a result nothing in our case needed replacing. Sorry I can't be of more help to you.

There are two torx head screws in those two holes I showed. If you take those out you should be able to pop that trim out. I'd send a better picture but sold this car this spring. Sorry.
