Thats what I've been trying to figure out for several months. I simply want to have custom garment prints like the city scape but dont know how to get them. That is tech pack sheet, the tech pack sheet contains all details such as print, color code, technical fit of garments. All use different software. I think you can try tech packer it is an open cloud software.

Its a Wacom Cintiq, but you can use any other tablet hooked to a computer and using the computer monitor.
The software is Adobe illustrator.

The big ass screen is a Wacom Cintiq. It is a very expensive piece of kit but obviously is amazing. Don't have one myself but I'm saving for one...

Reach out to companies that develop custom shirts. Most of these companies are in other countries but they give you a lot of control.
Do you have any company in mind or what I can put in Google search for me to be able to start and thanks for the response back also
