I absolutely love this Judge. I even love his quirkiness. But he is a tough cookie. He will not play games. Believe me, I’ve been in front of, maybe 4-5 judges. (Not Fleischer) and if you are in trouble, this Judge ain’t gonna give you a “proverbial slap on the wrist.” This is a tough Judge. Don’t cross him
6 mins in and this is the “wildest” courtroom I’ve ever seen!!..it’s like the wild wild west there with all these wild antics!..can’t imagine what’s still coming..where on earth did you get this wild footage of these wild’in folks?
I dont know why people think its " ok to drink & drive & cause no accidents ?? But find out later ..that they caused an accident where someone was killed !!
I didn’t know there were so many surcharges for DWI!!! That’s fantastic!! No one should drink and drive!!! It’s a senseless crime in my opinion. If you’re going to drink, give your keys to a friend who won’t give them back! It’s so easy!!!!!!!
the court Rm . Looks nice .. But every time someone moves or paper is being shuffled around , it Echos .. sometimes you can't hear voices because the rm echos.. 🧑⚖️!.
Love this judge however none of this was wild. So nice click bait but there’s no reason to do that. People will watch this judge without being tricked into it.
I like Judge Fleischer. He seems fair and even-handed. However, after watching hours and hours of his court, I am starting to question him on some points. I've seen a few times now where he's done extra for hispanic and white defendants, but not for black defendants. I hope I'm wrong, but the disparity is starting to stick out to me.
Maybe you are biased and only seeing what you want to see? I have watched a lot of this judge and he seems to go out of his way to protect people across the board and give people multiple chances and I haven't seen anything to suggest what you are seeing.
@@Mark-zg1gz Just in this video we see a black defendant who mentions being sick for an extended period and unable to work. He does get some, but not much, consideration (not referring to paying his lawyer). In this same video, a Hispanic defendant with the same charge (DWI) gets extensive consideration. In other cases I've seen him make a phone call to check defendant's details while sitting on the bench. Then not extend the same consideration to others. About 3 weeks ago, a black woman passed through his court. She was a victim of identity theft. Charges were filed with the ADA against the perpetrator. The perpetrators had used her ID and information to commit crimes in other states. She had attended hearings in other states electronically/remotely, and the ADA had addressed those courts on her behalf. She was highly educated, employed and self-supporting. Most of these claims could have been very easily checked with a few minutes of calling the ADA office, the police detective investigating, the court clerk/judge in the other jurisdictions (only the last point have I not seen him do for other defendants). This woman received 0 consideration. In another case, a black defendant was charged with resisting police. Judge Fleischer was giving speeches about responsibility, looking over prior record, et cetera... The entire time, the defense attorney (PD to boot) kept begging the judge to view the bodycam footage. Fleischer basically refused several times. Finally, Fleischer gave in. He then dismissed the charges because the footage was obvious the officers lied, it didn't happen. While it worked out in the end, the entire matter could have been settled in less than 5 minutes if he'd just watched the video in the first place. In several other cases, I've seen Fleischer question the prosecutors, demand the video, rip apart paperwork and procedure...the list goes on.
I strongly disagree, and your opinion kinda pisses me off. I have seen this man bend over backwards for any and all races. It just depends on the circumstances of the charges and the individuality.

I love these judges tooooo! How does the bailiffs know that someone is going back with them !?!
Fleischer usually tells his bailiff to stay close, and asks the defendants “guess what happens now?”
By the things the judge says. They have to pay attention and position themselves appropriately.
WOW !! i didnt know that the Judge is a big fan of the famous " Rick Steves ..

Judge Fleischer is awesome, but hacks that restream stuff with misleading titles are not. Lame.
