Paldea Starters are on the plate of Anniversary for us all. But why skipped all the way to Paldea, there are so many other starters from previous regions that we all wanted. Why am i getting this feeling that this game is summoning Pokemon just like Pokemon GO.

Yes you should be able to.
There was one event where they had a bug that the hungry overlapped, but that was rare.

If you are beginner just keep everything for now. It'll be quite some time before you have 80 in your box. By then you should have a better idea.

@@dmarq412I’m level 54 but I don’t think that I have found a single exceptional pokemon. I have leveled up and evolved some mediocre mon to level 30 but don’t want to waste candy. I keep watching hoping to find I’m being too picky
