People don't realize how hard this is to do and how much prep and forethought you need to get this right with vinyl let alone that stiff canvas. You don't take the easy way out for sure and I like the way you make it look easy by doing stuff one handed while you film.LOL.
@@SprayWayCustoms You made such a perfect informational video Sir! Im a lady in WV, needed a car but couldnt afford one not needing engine work until I found a 2002 Cadillac Seville SLS that is mechanically great but the top is ugly as sin!! Im not afraid now after studying your video, thank you for explaining every step, every product and application, thank you for being perfect and professional.
It’s always a pleasure. Once again I went to college and studied the hardest auto motive studies known to men! And I teach the guys that mirrors me all the things you teach me 👍💪🏿👍💪🏿👍💪🏿🥂🤝 god bless you my boi keep the grind going it’s people like me that’s really motivated to watch these vids.
Been here since 15k and always come back and rewatch your work. By for my favorite body work and fabrication channel for sure, I’ve always appreciated the years you’ve put in and bring it here to share with us, amazing work man I’m glad to be able to learn something from you
I have a 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that came with the vinyl top already off and just the fiberglass shell. I thought I would be able to figure out how to put it back on but after watching your video I know now that I was wrong. I appreciate your video, saved me a costly mistake. Thanks
This is great. Brains blown w a quarter top! I did a quarter top on my regal about 10yrs ago. You did a great job. Its not easy wrapping those corners without getting wrinkles. Props

Hey Spray great video. Man they just get better and better. I'm learning quit a bit from your videos. Keep them coming and keep doing you my brother. God Bless.
Is there anything this man cant do??? That came out really nice, I don't know if you've done that before but the tutorial was flawless especially for somebody who hasn't done it before, and the results speaks for itself. great work man.
Hell yeah that came out looking badass. Love your videos man. We have wildly different styles, but I've learned a ton from watching you. When I got to do my interior, I'll have a much better idea of what I'm doing thanks to you.
Nice kind of strange that when you remove the top off the LS Caprice is not even and if you ever want to remove the vinyl top you can't because the back window sticks out more than the slant of the metal line and its connected with a gap so it always will need the top to look right. Wonder if the 90s box Cadillac Brougham do the same or is the glass even with the car?? I actually love the 90s box Cadillac Brougham but don't like the vinyl top.
@@SprayWayCustoms if I saw you break out the sewing machine....I would have been trippin on that skills set...I do work covering consoles and custom trim panels and send my stuff out if it needs to be seamed...

I got the white cloth from Walmart...it's called interlacing for fabric. I got the glue off eBay...it's called Landau glue. It's the same as contact cement just made especially for tops.
Man when you took that cover off the last thing ran threw my mind was that you were going to put another one back on, great work. Oh forgot to say the color of the top is spot on!
Great video SprayWay, thank you so much for providing this detailed educational demonstration. You didn't leave a single detail out. I feel like I can go and do this right here!
Turned out great! Grey is my color 💯 That white padding used is the same fabric I use to wrap my boxes. I used to get it from Walmart, but they were always out of the main colors (Black and charcoal grey) Started buying from Hobby Lobby and haven’t looked back since. Plus they offered more colors 🤙🏾 Thanks for sharing bro 🙌🏽
That top looks awesome!! Great job as always. I was actually surprised all those wrinkles came out of that seam around the back but I should have known u'd get it done.
My brotha from anotha motha SprayAwayCustoms so good to be watching your TH-cam videos. I really do wish that you could have been the one to paint my car. I would've gotten it back way before now 👍👍
SprayWayCustoms. No problem. You should see my kitchen. Light shamrock ☘️ walls with bright purple cabinet doors lol. It definitely pops. Bad color but it hides the age and wear of the wood. I'm so proud of you brother putting in that good work with skills 👏 👌 💯 while teaching this to your children and so many other people.
