The tone on the guitar seems too low or something. Its not true pantera but they are trying RIP dime and vinnie
They’re tuned down aLOT for Phil’s voice
yeah it's definitely different plus you have the artificial harmonics from Zakk, doesn't work for me on Pantera.
The "Dime Tuning" is what most of their stuff was recorded and played in back then, and I think they kinda forgot how to tune for it. Either that or they're down-tuning a bit for Phil's voice, since he can't sing as highly as he used to.
