I tried to find the fax scan, it was not there. either you skipped a step or I didn't understand the directions. Wish someone would write instructions and leave them on long enough to follow as I am elderly and can't remember several steps when I can't go back and review them

Hi, How do I scan multiple pages into one document? Tx
+Nicole Labelle In HP Scan, select the Save as PDF or Document to File shortcut. If you scanned from the scanner glass, load the next page or photo on the glass. Click the plus button or in the HP Scan preview window to scan the next item. Repeat this step until all pages or photos are scanned, and then click Save.
The scanner of my HP model psc 2410 is not working. :(

Hi there HP
My laptop randomly shut off today while I was typing up a word document. Now it won’t turn on at all and won’t even give me any beep or light codes.
The power on light is very dim and is always on and the USB plugs always keep outputting power.
Weird thing is is without the battery and plugging it into power the screen immediately starts flickering White and won’t stop.
I think it’s a big problem so I think I will have to contact hp repair 👨🔧. This is your current latest video pls respond ASAP.
Thanks
Nid

Why do you have to sign up before use? 👎
+Mitaire Odiete Yes, you may have to sign in. The application has always worked better when you are signed into your HP Connected / HP Smart account. If the application now requires it, well, there you go.
why can't you just press one button have it send it to your documents folder this is stupid

If you are setting up HP Smart for the first time, you must create or sign in to an HP account. If you update to the latest version, you do not have to create or sign in to an HP account except in these cases: You install an HP+ printer. You install HP Smart on a new device, or you remove and reinstall the app.
