need to rigoursly inspect for mold behind the new rennovations. the garage shows the age of the house, could find rotten wood and etc. the deck the fence need some work too. good thing about the seperate entrance is that you can rent the basement out

個basement如果係AirBnb就租100多少少一晚. 我一家大细上次就租左個, 然后去Markham 食食食.
應是舊設計唔夠開揚太多房間，通常咁大間房會有雙大門。水，電，煤，草地保養，冬天剷雪，地稅，每月開支都要差不多五千多加紙，屋價五到六佰多萬。要祖國貪官先住得起！
Problem with this layout is that the family room has no place to hang a TV and is not big enough to seat a family. One of the living room is also never used....

Floor plan 又吾係好, lot 又細,房間細,又冇walk-in closet, 楼梯对正大門,好多信風水既人一定吾會買,又有landscape.

i dont like gas burner. not safe. the house is basically wood made
It's common sense not to put inflammable things near stove, be it gas or electricity. Most houses heat by gas furnace, if it's unsafe, no house will be safe! Use gas stove actually cheaper in the utility cost because when it turns on and off it starts and stops right away. The electricity burner needs to heat up and cool down. I specifically requested the builder to upgrade my kitchen to gas stove.
gas stove cooking is much better than electric stove .
built-in 電器壞咗要換會唔會好煩同貴？
佢呢隻基本係standard size, 唔太難换.

Usually the base of garage is concrete base !! Because garage only for parking car OR for storage !!
When u mentioned feel like little hk , I definitely stay away from this area.
