It would go up to 2.5-3 hours drive at extreme traffic situation. Aurora is basically at the very North of GTA, so you better research where are your friends living before purchasing the property.

Chicago downtown, I believe the highway is 5-6 lanes, and Toronto downtown highway is 3 lanes, how would you even speeding drive from Aurora to downtown Toronto? You probably could drive over 100 before Sheppard, and after Elliginton

Very rare in Vancouver. In BC, Strata Corporations, which is similar to Condo Corporations are very common, even for single detached house sometimes.

平頂Townhouse，冬天咁多雪怎處理？
要看builder建的怎么样了，建的不好会有渗水迹象。有一个国语youtuber讲过下，实例是屋架要rebuild。
下雪還好，冰雨之後，不堪設想。
現在的平頂屋, 屋頂會有一組發熱線, 可以溶雪, 而且四周有去水管, 問題不大的, 反而平頂屋在大風的環境下會更安全一些.
咁系咪要夜晚低電費時段先開發熱線？
aatnakedSG 呢個我就唔清楚了，畢竟未住過平頂屋，但我去open house的時候，平頂屋會有智能系統，可能自動也不出奇
