  • When massive injury occurs in the skeletal muscle, for example after a snake bite, muscle stem cells (satellite cells), engage in the regeneration process. Residual debris are removed by the macrophages and new muscle fibers are generated within the collagen matrix of the pre-existing basement membranes.

Regeneration is found in living form! If you are alive the body will regenerate!

The background music is too loud. I can't hear what the man is saying. He speaks with a soft voice. Please re-do the video but without the back ground music.

Would be good to know how long this 1-minute process takes in real life. Days, weeks, months?

The music and gushy sounds are louder than the narrator! Thanks for the upload though.

I had a fractured wrist and elbow after a major accident that's repairing. Nerves wasn't good and its slowly healing. I took meds like pregabalin and methycobal vit b12. Im under PT but the arm sometimes don't wanna cooperate but i'll make it 😊 sometimes the fingers are tingling and some numbness so its getting there

I do plyo using palms no problems. I have foot ladder footballs on grass. I went thru the ladder with palms, in and out the ladders OK. THEN I GOT AN IDEA. I did it with the fists I PUNCHED in & out of the rungs(14 rungs). My arms, back, chest was extreme tight for a month a couple years ago. The doctor didn't see any tears from the ligaments. I used to 20 pullups, I can only do 3 now. Seeing this. I believe I destroyed the cells. From out of the rungs I pressed up from outside of the rung into the rung with A PUNCH IN THE GRASS to get out of the rung.
