    Does a completely lacerated muscle fiber regenerate, and how, if it's completely lacerated ( broken into two pieces) ?

    1:23 Satellite cells rebuild the damaged muscle fiber
    But how or why is it that muscles get bigger and stronger? In other words, why not just rebuild to its previous state? How/why do they build more? How do they 'know'?

    • @demar3094
      @demar3094 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Its because of something called hypertrophy. Your body wants to be as comfortable as possible. Let me explain, when we train for example by lifting weights we cause damage to the muscle by lifting the weight until we cant lift it anymore. As a result the body sends protein to repair the muscle, while at the same time making it a little bit bigger so that the next time we lift the same weight the body is more comfortable with lifting the weight

      Then the healing process is never initiated and the damage continues degenerating. This is why people who have multiple corticosteroid injections get arthritis.

    So this is why i cannot get big- Thought- You have q specifoc # of stem cells once a certain amount has been placed into the muscle fibers they will grow to a set amount once you use all of the stem cells your kage has been given thats all folks you physically cannot get any bigger- Ever wonder why when people who used roids get small again its because they were like a balloon the human meat bag has a set growth limit- So even though my family is fat and im the only athletic one i will still never be more than 165lbs! We need research on why some of us are destined to not being able to gain weight and build great muscles!
