Good one! I would put Aspire as #1 because of the lake containing ducks and geese along with boating options although it is suffering from lack of maintenance as with some other parks. Al Bidda will be #2 and Al Bayt Park in Al Khor #3 even though it isn't in Doha. If Katara Hills can be considered a park that'll be my #4 and Mia Park #5.
To have that many water fountains in all those parks is impressive! You did not show if they have public restrooms at these parks! The oxygen park would be my #1.

But many schools made us feel the other way around, they were checking if your kid would be good enough for them... Hmmm that was a really weird thing. We're talking primary school here of course. Our daughter went to Oryx school which was a much better experience and we liked it there. But it's for QR employees only unfortunately.

Been to only Sheraton park and Mia park, aspire park

I have to say the Bidda park is really impressive... so big!! Love the cycling there, that's my favourite thing to do in al Bidda.

On the north side it does have a circular area that could be used as a theater

Yes Oxygen was a bit out of the way for us, so we didn't go often. But it's nice to have seen, and really quite pretty 😎
