Agreed. He is usually the one who feeds the best lines that make others fail or say something hilarious. His sense of humor is definitely different than the other 3. Its a bit darker and raunchier so he is good at cranking it up when its otherwise tame.
I've noticed this too. Joe gets a lot of credit, and rightfully so, for being the funniest Joker in action. But it's always been Q that says something behind the mic that feels so perfectly timed.
Their yearbooks say that Q was in marching band and Joe was in Seton Dance... And years later, the two of them get the punishment to play in the Seton Hall drum line 😆
Laura, the show isn't as successful without Murr and Q to. Granted they're not the funniest, like Sal and Joe but it works and they're both VERY smart and funny to. Live, Sal and Joe take over the show. Murr and Q kind of chill in the background 🤔
Theres a reason why this show is so good. Over the many years they have become masters at improving and developed incredible chemistry together. There really isnt 1 standout because they all have different personalities and things they individually do that are hilarious. Joe is the most outgoing and is shameless. Q with his darker, raunchier sense of humor feeds the best lines, Murr is the most expressive and at his best when flustered, and Sal is well-rounded and at his best in uncomfortable situations. They all add something unique and make the show what it is.
