Impractical jokers is one of those shows where if youre having a rough day you put it on and instantly you feel better I absolutely love this show its amazing
Murr is the smartest Sal is the most talented comedian Q is the toughest yet purest soul (cat owner by day, firefighter by night) Joe is the best at IJ: he was made to make others laugh by fearlessly doing the most foolish tasks
When I was 16, I was basically homeless in NYC. I saw this show the first day it aired on TruTV at a pizza shop in the Lower East Side. I just want the four of you to know, that you helped make such a difficult time in my life just a bit better for me and ever since.
Fantastic interview! I've said this often, people don't realize how smart Murr is, he has this image that throws out this idea that he gets "Bullied" by the other 3. Its nonsense, the guy was involved in the Production until season 6-7, he himself signed off on all punishments. He's written a couple of books too - he's a genuinely smart. Sal - I was super impressed seeing how humble he is, great to see him admit that they were plain lucky - doesn't mean they don't have the talent because quite obviously they are incredibly talented guys, but really glad to see his humility there. SalLAD! Q and Joe are my favorites anyway, just humble salt of the earth guys. Love these 4, really I wish them the best.
All 4 come off as very smart individuals. I took a little improv and while anyone can do it, the ones that were actually good at it had brains that worked at a higher level. Like Conan who went to Harvard. Razor sharp minds. I also noticed that they all had some very nice accomplished jobs before the show.
@@glenkim9420 That's what I liked about this interview. Before they struck it big with the show, they all had respectable jobs at the time. It's not like they were working at the local restaurant trying to get by. They were doing great things.
These guys deserve EVERYTHING they worked for. The years put in at other occupations while still chasing the dream of comedy.. nothing but the best of wishes and long life in their endeavors. A shame about Joe. But it's a new chapter
What amazed me was when I saw them live 4 years ago, first time, at the Scottrade Center in STL. There were about 8,000 - 10,000 people in the arena. The crowd, was ready including myself. When the Jokers hit the stage I could not believe the crowd, we went NUTS cheering for them. The love and appreciation from the fans was amazing. I had chills up and down my body, I mean it was LOUD. The laughter was non stop. I loved every minute of that evening. When they ended, again a HUGE ovation for 10 minutes. Fans would NOT let the Jokers leave the stage. They gratefully stayed 10-15 minutes taking selfies, signing autographs right there on stage probably a thousand people rushed the stage to meet them. I was amazed at the love and attention from the fans here in Missouri. That was BEST $100 for two tickets I ever spent. That night actually brought my daughter and I together even more. Thank you Sal, Joe, Q and Murr for putting so much joy in our lives. You're family, friends and fans absolutely adore you. Please be safe and hopefully I will get to see you on your're upcoming Scoopsy Potato tour in '21, '22 😉
These guys always have interviews that are short and don't really delve into the story behind the show, but it's great that this interview was so well structured and was not rushed. Great job!
I loved the interview. The guys are so natural and earthy. Its an enchanting trait, not to forget where you came from, and why your work is appreciated
I want to see them do jokes in foreign countries like India and Japan. Many foreigners make fools of themselves in Japan, so their path is paved for them there.
Amazon has Impractical Jokers Specials and the first episode is Practically Live it’s them on tour and they talk about life pre jokers. It’s really good
Really interesting seeing and hearing these guys speak you get bit more of there character. Murr seems very focused analytical. Sal is creative in his words. Joe is just joe fascinating improvisation and great family man. Q is very humble & reserved. I love these guys. Love from scotland
Like most things in life, I discovered this show by accident a few days ago just flipping through the channels. Oh, my gosh--these 4 have amazing chemistry and are hilarious. They help lift me up when I was feeling down, made me laugh, and helped me to remember--"never lose your sense of humor."
This show really is something magical. It’s something that’s going to be talked about for years. I can imagine being 20-30 years down the line and people still talk about how legendary their clips are.
Probably my favorite show ever, definitely top 3. It helps me out when I'm feeling down. I watch it every day. Seen every episode 20 times, still never gets old. It sucks that Joe left, hope he can get through all his personal struggles. Also, great interview Josh!
I can (and do) watch that show over and over. The great thing about them, is they are normal guys have a good time. People can relate to them very well.
I’m a huge Impractical jokers fan I been watching since season 1 episode 1 , I can’t wait to see them in Atlanta next year I’m getting the goods seats for sure
This is great to see how they started. I have watched them for few years now. They got me through covid in lockdown made me laugh and forget about the world for a while
Best interview out there...it genuinely showcased their true nature as well. The host did a great job by not asking cheezy questions but the general one's that showcased the Joker's journey quite well.
I'm so happy to finally see a longform interview involving these four! It's so nice to finally see them outside of Impractical Jokers and in a more relaxed environment. Thank you for making this!
I think its success is partly due to them showing something that is important to us as humans, something that has been lost in our present time and that something is genuine friendship. We get to see four best friends be utterly silly and their silliness brings people together in a beautiful way. It's so nice to see how much love they have for each other.
I’ve been having a really rough time. Honestly they have giving me a smile and a laugh when I didn’t want to. Thank you guys I really appreciate you guys so much.
My Facebook memories from 10 years ago came up the other week saying this new shows jokers is hilarious. I remember watching for the first time and my face hurting from laughing for so long. I still watch everyday lol
I guess I’m just so used to seeing them in character all the time but they look like they are about to burst out laughing any second. Does anybody else see that or is it just me? 😂😂 PS: this is one of the best interviews of them that I’ve seen
This show is my go-to when I’m sleeping alone or want to raise my vibes and have a good time. Their energy together is incredible. I live for the moments when Sal collapses on the floor in laughter. 😆

SAL CANT HOLD IT TOGETHER AND LAUGHS ALL THE TIME, THE MOST REACTIVE, AND IS THE MOST FUNNY, BUT THEY ARE ALL VERY VERY TALENTED AND FUNNY

What Sal said about being lucky is largely true, sort of “being at the right place at the right time,” etc. However I think it’s undeniable that it’s their unique qualities and the chemistry between them that makes this work. I strongly doubt that if you went and took any set of four friends who wanted to do something like this, and gave them the same opportunities, that it would work. My point being, that while they’ve had many lucky breaks etc. the reason it WORKS for them and probably not for some other group is their unmistakable talent, personalities and chemistry. Very few could make this work the way they have.
