Nice video, thanks Shahin. Your Finnish sounds so good !
(Turkish and Finnish have many similar structures, such as vowel harmony and agglutination)

So I'm not delusional when sometimes I hear FINNISH and I feel like it sounds familiar but I just don't know the meaning !

I think that the issue with companys using English more is that it's mainly the younger generations that know English. There are lots of people over 50 that can't understand a word of English since it has not been taught in schools for long enough yet.

Really?! I'm 59 years "old" and started to learn English in 3rd grade!! 50 years ago isn't long enough, eh? Teaching English in our schools started actually in 40's.

Or maybe the reason is just that, even though most of the Finns speak English, it is still easier to work in your own native language.

@@elaa.k.juutilainen5450 That could be some specific schools, but the schooling reform in Finland started in early 70's. For example my father was born 1960 and has never gotten any education on English language and still can't understand more that couple of most basic words.

English is not a problem in, for example, IT companies. It is a problem in, let's say accounting companies. You really can't talk Finnish tax code in English with customers. On customer service industry, it kind of only works in Helsinki, as not many so called regular finns get to speak English daily, possibly never in their work careers. You can totally "make it" here in just by English if you stick by top 3 big cities, but outside of that, no.
