Why yes, this is just perfect for my lifestyle as a single mom to an unemployed dog who sleeps all day. ;) But seriously, really well done, what an amazing property. (Does it come with the tour guide? 😅)
Yes, but it’s not LA. It’s new build. This is England (not London as the host misleadingly says, it’s in Surrey) and Europeans frown on pastiche, it’s not California, this is a historic country, you can buy the real thing and much cheaper. There are hundreds of far superior authentic properties from the 18th century oozing history, class and superb hand craftsmanship. These pastiche houses are bought by Arabs, Chinese, lottery winners and reality TV ‘stars’.
Actually it’s on a private estate that has security patrols, 24/7, and security is of the utmost importance to residents, which is a massive selling point, so they were probably told that they couldn’t have any shots of the road or the estate the house is on. That pretty important detail was omitted though
The best part is the host showing it. He's spectacular with an excellent voice and well polished presentation! Did I mention that the dude is handsome, downright sexy! Can't wait to see more of his presentations of upcoming homes.
House is dope ❤. I’m sure I’ve seen a property series from a channel with the exact same name ~ Luxury Living, except I’m wrong, (I’ll have a look now) or is there like a collaboration with them or something?
St George’s Hill is in Surrey not London. Not even outer London. Weybridge the area that surrounds this estate has far better housing so don’t expect to be some king on the hill lol
Very nice place but I would prefer marble flooring throughout the property rather than the wooden flooring. The closets are also too small. But altogether the place is nice.
We have not seen the garage, maid quarters, I did not even see a gym nor wine cellar or proper bar, like I say the interior does not do this house justice, room interior looks like premier lodge room and not that of a £20 million mansion. Pool, kitchen and cinema see the only outstanding rooms
Beautiful architecture am not sure the furnitures in the property does it justice, most expecially the rooms, are this staged or what comes with the price tag of £17,950,00 I would expect a five star looking bedroom, interior just does not work here.
@@andywilliams4407 Oh I see. I still think there is nothing quintessentially British about this property. Sadly, developers no longer think about fitting into context but just come up with generic glitzy mansions.
@@johnkad123You’re right. This could really be any new build in any country in the world. I’m a stickler for detail and this is a bit low on actual detail preferring instead to just trying to wow people
Obviously its a LOVELY home. BUT some of the rooms don't seem that big for 17 MILLION even in Surrey. (Altho the total sq footage seems good so perhaps the 3 level staircase accounts for a fair part of it?) Plus the video concentrates on the finish and furniture which were of course lovely BUT a small expense in relation to the land and bricks and mortar.
Some things that were missed. Sweeping driveways and large gates are a selling point on houses like this so why not show that? No garden views? And the constant security guards on patrol along with the guards in the huts at every entrance to St George’s is another big selling point. Why no mention? And mis-selling the property by saying it’s in London, surely the sellers would take a dim view of that?
£17m is about average price for St George's Hill, there are properties £25m + on the gated estate. Luxurious living at it's finest, not a chav in sight 😁
It’s like a normal sized mansion shrunken down to an almost ridiculous degree. It’s far too small for the price. Some of the bedrooms are smaller than mine. lol. Nice detailing, although a little gauche for my tastes.
I lived 2 miles from St George’s Hill for 20 years. It is definitely not, and never has been, Greater London but in Surrey. Not sure I’d want to buy a house from you if you can’t get the most basic of information correct
For £18 million the interior furnishings look bog standard, the master is disappointing, there are other properties in Weybridge on a lower price range with fanatic interior, the developers need to update the interior because it does not impress
@@goldenaye3 yep And, in such a location, with £18m, it would be reasonable to build a brand new mansion, with the layout, architecture and interiors exactly how you'd want it
@@mikeymike1854Still, it wouldn’t command 60-70 million. Much higher spec houses for less. And spec is what most London buyers will go for as much as location
St George’s hill is not in London. It’s also probably the most sterile characterless new build estate in the country. Perfect for Russian oligarchs and Chinese investors but a truly lifeless place to live

No mention of the garden ?. Guess that's because its quite small and cramped for that size of house !.

British royalty as well, not just England
