That's tough work.
Everything on a truck is heavy and awkward and requires a lot of effort.
It's humbling to watch these guys work.
Just always seem to fall apart with ease .. nothing seized solid no penetrating fluid

Что то о качестве такого ремонта изначально при разборке, уже сомнения взяли. Когда стремянки и болт выбивал варварски по резбе... Наживил бы гайки, и херачил. И резьба целая и болт выбил🤪
Ремонт в какой то песочнице или пыльнице, вся пыль внутри в балансире😏
Если это автосервис, могли бы площадку залить бетоном🙂

An improvement that I would suggest is to identify exactly what is broken at the start so that we have an idea of what is being repaired. It is clearly difficult work to take those trucks apart but is it a problem with seals or bearings or physical breakage? Who knows?
Grease seal changed,bosh between shaft and trunnion changed,extra rings for outer and inner side of trunnion were added and the leaf suspensions were checked one by one for cracks.thank u.
With all the repairs these guys have to make to vehicle frames and suspension, the drivers must be operating these trucks heavily overloaded.
Yes, it is true. The cause of such damage is carrying a load that exceeds the limit. Do they know that every vehicle has a load capacity limit?
Apparently the mechanics here only know how to make a profit from finding the cause to solve the problem. Parts that should not be damaged can be damaged if there. But the good thing is, they will still be repaired even if the part is impossible to repair.

with all that sand, without cleaning the truck first, in three weeks the seals will break and the truck will have to go back to the mechanic ..... you did a bad job and I say it as a truck mechanic

They need air gun
they don't have money
They are not well trained mechanics, the quality of work is so bad. They might ruining the other parts of the truck instead of fixing it.
