⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 雞蛋蘑菇炒米粉 材料: 雞蛋2隻 蘑菇(大)1罐 排粉2個 芫荽1棵 芝麻10克 處理: 1. 排粉,清水浸10分鐘至軟身,擎乾水,放碗內,加入調味料: a. 老抽1茶匙 b. 蠔油1茶匙 c. 胡椒粉少許 撈勻。 2. 草菇,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,切片。 3. 芫荽頭,切粒。 4. 雞蛋,打勻。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。 2. 加入蛋漿落鑊,煎成蛋餅,放上碟。 3. 放蘑菇落鑊炒香,加入排粉,從鑊邊加入少量清水。 4. 加入回鑊油半湯匙,炒勻。 5. 加入美極鮮醬油1湯匙,炒勻。 6. 完成,上碟,在碟邊放雞蛋。 7. 灑上芝麻及芫荽。 8. 可享用。 Stir frying rice sticks with straw mushrooms and eggs Ingredients: Eggs 2 Nos. Dark soya sauce 1 tsp b. Oyster sauce 1 tsp c. Pepper little Mix well. 2. The mushrooms, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Slice them. 3. Coriander, dice in cubes. 4. Eggs, beat well. Steps: 1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Pour egg syrup in wok. Fry it as a pancake. Put on plate. 3. Put mushrooms in wok, fry well. Add in the rice sticks. Add in little water, pour alongside the wok. 4. Add in 0.5 tbsp of oil, fry well. 5. Add in 1 tbsp of Maggi sauce, fry well. 6. Complete. Put on plate. Put the egg pie next to the mushrooms. 7.
