Bought by Mini yesterday! Would love to see a video aimed at people like me who are looking to set out a schedule or regular maintenance after day 1 of Mini ownership. Great job on this one as always Philip! 😊
MGB owner here. I have the same problem with removing the fitting and with leaks, thank you for the pro tip about Lock & Lube!!!! Putting in my order now
Thanks for pointing me to the lock n lube tip! I always had the troubles you mentioned and I just ordered myself that tip! Can’t wait to get it and grease up my mini.
Re: rear grease points - one thing that may be helpful is that there's a plastic grease tube that will crack at some point, leading to the whole radius arm fill up with grease (i.e. you end up pumping grease in there, wondering why nothing is coming out). A royal pain to fix. Please consider stocking metal replacements for those (closest I could find was from Japan :)).
I bought a small-size grease gun for the Mini and my classic motorcycle. Couldn't justify having such a large one with several lifetimes supply of grease loaded ;-) But I did find the issue of having the gun get stuck on the grease fitting...actually caused the whole fitting to rip out of one location on my classic bike. I heard you can rotate the whole gun, so it twists off the fitting when this happens. Have since bought one of those quick-release type gun end fittings...but only a cheapo, knock-off of the one you show. Will see how well it works....

I'm happy to see the car is well lubed and getting closer to release into the wild! Loving the front brake set-up!

Do u know how much grease you need to put in I have nearly a whole tube in and beginning to think the tube is cracked in mine
What grease specifically are you using that would help me so much!

Nice video as usual 👍. I would only suggest to place a protection on the front brake disc to avoid to put grease on it 😉
Brilliant video, I was wondering where you got that attachment as the gun I have has broken them off a couple of times, thanks 👍
Thanks brother
