I have had many watch enthusiasts asking me what kind of strap matches best with their watch? So I made this video to share some of my own personal selections for my watches. For a vintage watch it is good to look at the manufacturers advertisements from the time period of Manufacture. They tended to do things right. Great watches!
Yes, but sometime it is hard for people to find those specially made straps. Plus they can cost a lot. But I do totally agree with you too! :-)

I go by the look of the OEM band or bracelet and not necessarily a product made by the manufacturer.

Don’t think they are worth that much. But of course, they are not on me all the time. I only got two wrists after all. 😆

Every watch is different. the face design, style and material of the watch all play a part. It is also a personal opinion.
I like horween leather straps. They are so comfortable and durable. Avoid straps that say genuine leather. It might look
nice it is the cheapest leather quality. I am not a fan of metal straps. One of the straps I get comments on is a blue stingray
material strap. It is on a steal Omega with gold trim. The watch in my opinion looks fantastic. Again when I choose a strap
for my vintage Omegas I look at the watch and try matching it to the watch. The latest strap I am having made is for a 1938
Omega 23.4 men's watch. The watch has true character. The band I have chosen is a black Horween rally style with white threads. I have also ordered an Omega silver buckle for the watch.

What strap should I get, I have a big crown orient pointer date with mint dial. I don’t like the sand strap that it came with. Ty!
Do people use expensive straps with smart watches not sure if it would make sense to use a light green top grain strap with a blue dial, black dial or white dial watch or make more sense with a smart watch where you can make it a green dial.

But you'll need to use google translate unless you can read Japanese. Just need to pick the colour and size of the strap including the strap number and then send them an email to place the order.
