Loved a burn out, lol, he was gone before I was old enough, it was the wild west for while there, Carl paying for one side, cops dirty, set ups, side jumpers, snakes ,dogs, and rats, with a ruthless undertone. All over money essentially, was it worth it. Who's in charge now, none of these figures

To be fair as well when this show came out a lot of the court hearings were either just starting or still going so some details they had to leave out. In fact a lot of this season could be classed as outdated due to a lot of info not being public knowledge back then (such as the lawyer X situation or even Danielle Maguire being a bigger player than previously thought during the war)

Imagine if sopranos and the wire wasn’t on HBO or Breaking Bad wasn’t on AMC and it was under American network like Fox, ABC Or NBC it would be terrible that Fox got there own premium cable channel call FX so they can create top notch Drama like HBO.
@@DeadManSinging1 Also Season 2 was best Underbelly season acting and director wise but the story was too confusing as it mixed up Sydney 80’s Gangland war and Melbourne Painters And Dockers into 1 as they should just focus on Sydney Gangland War in 70’s and 80’s and do painters and dockers season 4 , also some of it was inaccurate.
I'm not from Australia but I know this show was pretty accurate to the real events and I thought it was really well done. The production might be cheesy to some but I thought it was perfect for giving a realistic vibe.

As this was bloody C Grade at peak, pure cringe and corny acting yes some of the actors did make to Hollywood as the guy play Mark Moran but if you want to watch good Aussie Drama Blue Murder top acting and directing 50x better than Underbelly and 2 years way before HBO create OZ which lead to sopranos and the wire that will lead into golden era of dramas that change television forever.
