Ok, gotta admit, I'm diggin' the new lineup, the singer is pretty HOT
I love you with love.
Discovered them thanks to Clare Cunningham`s abs *hears roars of laughter* Hey listen,im an easy guy and she looked stunning before the dozen number of tattoos kept appearing. But jokes aside,i loved her vocals on alot of theyr earlier songs. Also managed to find some live performances on YT with Clare,and she absolutely nailed it! I have to be honest though,eventhough i discovered them with Clare on lead vocals,i believe that in real time Guernica had already joined them. (Yes,i was a late Thundermother bloomer) So i felt surprised when i saw Whatever and at first i thought Clare had went through a complete image change,but then i was like...... wait a minute,this one has more of a latina look over her. And that was my introduction to Guernica.
Truth be told,i have loved them ever since i first heard them,thanks to a YT deepdive. They are basically like a female version of AC/DC and Airbourne mixed together,maybe if you also add abit of other classic hard rock bands from back in the day into the mix. You should have seen my face when i saw the complete change in lineup once more,i had no idea pretty much everyone but the founder had departed lol.
But to my surprise and like someone already pointed out,the new drummer is absolutely killing it on the drums! Wait,i seem to recognize Majsan Lindberg,she was in the video for Dog From Hell. I remember i was first introduced to her watching that video,and she left a hot impression. So im glad i recognize her besides FilipaSo not an entire lineup out,just the drums and lead vocals.
I do need to update myself on the new names,but i can honestly say i miss the emotion,power that Guernica brought,and Clare before her. But its not bad by any means,i just hope that its gonna grow on me. Its defintly a new sound within the band,although the genre is the same. Just more UMPH on the drums,and different vocals.
2:30 What on earth ...... at first i was like "Thats gotta hurt!" after awhile my mind went into more of a "this is different,but a pleasant view" type of thought.Im guessing she was only simulating actually licking the guitar strings while being played,because that cant be pleasant at all.
The new drummer sounds superb 🤘🤩, but unfortunately for me the new vocals are way less powerful/emotional than what I was used to from Guernica 😢. Hope they will evolve though 😃

Amazing! Why can't we have bands like this in the USA? The music industry in this country is a complete joke. While real rock n roll is alive and well in Europe and Asia.
🔥🔥🔥🔥 I love that raw power that Linnea brings to Thundermother with her voice and Joan is a very talented drummer with an amazing technique and power! This is a huge improvement! Looking forward to hear some new music in the future with this amazing lineup
