There's just 1 problem with this, which other commentor Ludovic Pasqualini mentioned already, and that is the fact that the diamonds are destroyed very quickly.

I was fascinated by this because he challenged us to name something that wasn't one of them. when he asked me i said a flame, and he genuinely looked confused and wasn't sure if i had actually stumbled upon something or not. He never did tell me if i was write or wrong and i never knew to this day what a flame actually was. But now i do, and all thanks to you. Keep up the good work.

Unlike an explosion fire is a stable chemical reaction and because it is stable you can sit there and observe it and ponder it. It's just a stable chemical reaction that is so stable it can be observed.
